DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! customer service is disorganized and a disaster. Called on several occasions to stop the service, you get routed to someone else, who apparently doesn't tell the right person in THEIR company to STOP service and you get charged anyway. NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Very disrespectful of private property and no solicitation signs in our community. Pushy and most likely have no town permit for solicitation door-to-door. Would not use them on this basis alone.

I hired GG for weed control and fertilization. Almost immediately, like other reviews, my grass started dying. I was told there was a fungus issue and they treated for that. Then there was a grub issue and they treated for that. Now there are huge dead spots everywhere and I was told it's because the grass is going dormant. No reason why the weeds are thriving except that a huge area is now just dirt and my grass is gone. The big difference can be seen at the property line where my neighbor who never had service and my side. My yard has never looked worse. It will be costly to replace almost an acre of lawn. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because customer service is nice and polite. Here's an update...They talk a good talk, smooth criminals. Almost wiped out an entire acre of lawn. Gave me excuses like it's dormant. Let me point out it's not dormant across my yard or my neighbors yard. There was actually a line where my yard was treated and not my neighbors. Then the excuse that it was possibly the dirt. Came out twice to take soil samples, never did get the results. Promised to mow what was left, that never happened. Free applications. For what? To continue killing what was left? Ended up with huge areas of dirt with nothing but weeds growing everywhere. Every year my neighbor would tell me how good my yard looked until they started. He said in 15 years my yard never looked worse. Next, the mouse problem. They charged me hundreds of dollars to fix a couple of places they might have came in. Then told me because of liability issues they couldn't get off the ground and go higher. The mice continued to come and they gave me rat traps. After several trips to my home I was told the mice were to small to set off the rat traps and I would have to buy my own traps. Well, not paying for that and I didn't. They acted like they were doing me a favor when they dismissed the charges.

DO NOT use Geckogreen out Dallas/Ft Worth area. I read the reviews which seems to good to be true! I used their service because my lawn starting to get alot weeds and bare spots. Well after 3 rounds of treatments it's still the same. Custom Service is great but the technicians well, that another story! They Never call, Never sent emails, Never text, Never meet with the homeowner. Basically, they're like ghost. I paid for the entire year of services
which is a mistake on my part. This is one time lost on my part I'll never deal with this company again. My neighbor has better grass then me and he doesn't use lawn service company. I wasted my money with Geckogreen.

I use their service at our recently purchased home. We started off with very little to work with. After a years worth of service the lawn has filled in and we've seen the weeds go away and for the most part, stay away. Would and have recommended their service to neighbors.
