Bought a 3D Printer Geeetech A10M at rakuten.de.
Heve put it together and turned it on, but the board
GT2560 burned at the time.
Contacted the firm geeetech, but they do nothing
about the failured printer.
There were no heating board in the package also.
Very disapointed about descision to buy by this firm.

I was brought a defective printer A30…
I was brought a defective printer A30 with an inactive SD card slot, the parts were rusty, I suppose there is no quality control.
No longer trust this manufacturer.

Terrible customer service …
Terrible customer service and they are very slow to sort issues
Ordered printer in January 18 arrived but parts missing took 3 month to eventually send missing items but sent wrong items despite providing all part details so I buy independently to enable use of printer
They then offer a €20 voucher but must spend $70 in total
Avoid this company- they are dishonourable
