So far I have been treated with respect and help when I needed it. This has been a new experience for me, and I have not tried to withdrawal funds yet. However I have been reassured that once I pay the loan off that I took out to trade with everything can be withdrawn. They have not lied to me, or mistreated me in anyway so far.

This company invited me to their what’s app group.

I participated in the interactions such as following trades, Q and A, raffles, check ins etc.

They say they gifted me tokens, but I was unable to withdraw anything even though I was told they could be traded and withdrawn.

Why give gifts that you cannot use?

I simply wanted to make sure the functionality is operating properly. And, all systems a go!

Their assistant Natalie on telegram assured me she would assist and provide test funds to help me learn more about futures trading and would help me get more familiar with the system.

She never provided any test funds like she promised.

When I tried to communicate with her further, she removed me from the group and deleted our chat history!!!
Inconceivable!!!

I feel this is unprofessional and inappropriate.

I don’t like the way I was treated and how I felt.
And, I still to this day feel disturbed by this treatment.

No human being should ever feel this way about a group who invited to join them and learn.

I later contacted her superior Mister Mercer on various issues including how their trading platform app translates statuses.

He made assumptions about me which I did not appreciate at all.

Even though my withdrawal status said “Success”, I never received my withdrawal funds which where my receiving address was clearly binded.

I simply pointed that their system’s language is inaccurate because if it was in fact successful, I should have received my funds.

All systems have I have traded on in the past clearly state stats accurately.

Ie. Failed, Pending, Success!!!

Even though my status said success I never experienced a successful withdrawal.

Mister Mercer said I needed to add money!

Why should I add money to a system that is questionable?

And, where no results have been evident.

I suggested their APP needed a tune up and get up to date with more accurate communication that translates properly.

Even after further communication with him, I found his responses quite insulting as well as undermining my intelligence.

I simply wanted to learn more about their services and had gladly accepted their invitation, but the treatment and guidance I received was far from satisfactory in my opinion.

I do hope not all of the people associated with this company is like the ones I encountered recently.

I can’t imagine everyone acting this way.

But, the fact is I am very disappointed in what I was promised and how I feel misguided that lead nowhere even after attempts to communicate further with their admins in the What’s App group!!

I do hope in the future they make improvements to their trading APP and adjust their attitude to a more amicable environment.
