The Gemini product has worked reliably for 5 years and counting. When I did have a problem due to my own not so good installation I spoke to Gemini who quickly responded and helped me correct the installation. Great product and company.

Had some bad drafting on my fireplace so I hired an inspector/chimney company to check it out. They claimed my house was too tight and needed better ventilation. Anyway quote was over $3500! Heard about Gemi and ordered one. Best decision I could've done. Problem solved! Never gone past the 1st speed to do the job. I have a pizza oven above a wood burning stove in wooden gazebo my garden. Both have separate flues into a single chimney. Because the oven is directly above the wood burner, I couldn't run the flue vertically enough in the first couple of meters, and the stove flue never pulled effectively. The stove would smoke and make the gazebo unpleasant to sit in. Added the Pro model Gemini. Amazing!! I've constructed a slab with a single hole that spans both 5 inch flue pipes side by side. The fan is more than powerful enough to give a good updraft to the wood burner and oven simultaneously, although I rarely have both going at once. When I first turned it on, and wound it up to full (speed 6) it sucked some dry leaves out of the flue! Speedy delivery and no import hassles from Italy either. Highly recommended.

Purchased not realizing it had to be rewired for the electrial format for the United States. But the fan does what it was created to do w/o any problem. The design & appearence is great & fits in beautiful.

The order arrived quickly, I got an E-mail for every move of the parcel. Very transparent. All the products are as expected.

I purchased a chimney fan back in 2023, but didn't have chance to install it until later that year.
It ran perfectly for around fifteen months until a catastrophic failure of the fan assembly, which had corroded to extend that it fell to pieces jamming the motor.
I contacted Gemi who inquired about the fuel being used and its corrosive properties, we had used coal products as well as various types of wood.
I would have thought that it should have lasted longer, but take the point of the corrosive fuel being used.
Although it was out of warranty by this time Gimi were very helpful and gave me a very good price (£50) for a replacement fan assembly and baseplate in stainless steel, including shipping, which should eliminate further problems with
corrosion.
So, in conclusion, Gemi were very helpful with their service and communication, the product works extremely well in service.
In hindsight, if I was buying a chimney fan again I would have opted for the stainless steel version from the beginning regardless of the extra cost.

This fan is a game changer. I built a covered BBQ area in my garden but struggled with smoke build up to a point where my friends and family were reluctant to share it with me.

Having researched possible solutions online I ordered my Gemi fan. It arrived within 5 days and with some minor modifications to the chimney was installed within a day. Assembly and installation were straight forward. I did have a problem with the speed controller provided with the fan and contacted Gemi who were extremely helpful. The problem was identified to a faulty controller and a new one was despatched and received within days.

I've now had an opportunity to complete several cooks and can say that smoke is no longer a problem in my BBQ shack.The fan is efficient and relatively quiet at high speeds, 5-6, and almost silent at low speeds 1-4.

It has turned a smoky almost unpleasant place into somewhere it is now comfortable to spend time enjoying food and drink with friends and family.

In short, this product does exactly what it claims and I would happily recommend both the product and the Company.

I used Gemi exhaust and it served the purpose for our outdoor bbq custom made brick hood. It’s easy to install and at a fraction of cost for a 2300 cfm. Fast delivery and product with Canadian standards.

A great product which fully meet the expectations!

We recently bought the Silver Barbecue Fan (the one with resistance up to 700°C and max flow 3800 m3/h). The product was exactly as advertised. Installation was very easy (especially if you follow the online video with instructions). The fan speed selector is very good and useful since, depending your needs, you can select the desired speed and it included an on-off switch. For those that are going to use the fan in Barbecues (like me) and the fan will be close to you, the fan makes sound only at speeds 5/6 and 6/6 and thats because of the high flow rate. But you will not use it at these high flow rates. I am using it to 2/6 or 3/6 and it is silent. So silent that I forgot it running a few times.
For those thinking my about it, please buy it. Highly worth it and recommend it.
