Got a £5 pen and some cheap jewellery worth £1 max. Then when you email to complain then talk a load of **** and ignore future emails. Company should be closed down. Scammers

SCAM, CLASSIC DECEPTIVE MARKETING, BAIT & SWITCH

This company is misleading customers.
I purchased this item solely based on the product images on their website, which all clearly show the Starbucks Bearista glass cup with the Starbucks logo and branding. Every photo on the listing depicts the branded Starbucks version. That is what was advertised.
After waiting over a month, I received a generic, unbranded bear cup with no Starbucks logo or text. This exact unbranded item can be purchased on Alibaba, Temu, AliExpress, or Walmart for significantly less.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed this was due to “copyright compliance.” However, this does not excuse the fact that they continue to advertise the branded Starbucks cup in their photos. If the product being sold is unbranded, then the images should show the unbranded product — not a completely different, branded one.
A hidden disclaimer does not override the reality that customers are led to believe they are purchasing the Starbucks Bearista cup based on the visuals. Had the unbranded version been shown, I would not have purchased from this site at this price.
This is deceptive marketing and a classic bait-and-switch. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Learn from my experience and do not rely on their product images.

Complete waste of money

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I sent off for one of their advent calendars and it was absolute tat. I was not expecting a “luxury” one but I was expecting something half decent. They did offer to exchange it, but I suspect i would just get more tat. The advent calendar would have been ideal for a girl of around 5 years old but I wanted it for a teenager and nowhere did it say it was for a child. Will never buy from them again. There really should be a choice of no stars.

BEWARE WOWCHER ADVENT

Wouldn't even give it 1 star, again I feel duped I would never trust WOWCHER again this gemnations advent calendar isn't worth the money. Don't be tempted by the chance of getting an up-market advent calendar. Never again.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. DONOT buy anything from them via Wowcher who are just as bad. Gifts are straight out of lucky bag, even when broken they do not give refunds. I hope they rot in hell.
I will never use Wowcher again as they do not want anything to do with complaints once they have your money

Bought as a mystery gift off Wowcher…

Bought as a mystery gift off Wowcher and from the photos seemed as though it would be a “pot luck” for designer items/gift cards. The item I received was a necklace/earring/ring set and it is so poor quality. This type of jewellery you would find in the clearance section in Claire’s - truly awful and not worth the money at all. False advertising.

Received a tatty travel jewellery case and 2 pairs of studs. Complained to wowcher who said to contact them - of course they said this: Dear customer,
Thank you for your email.
I understand the travel bag, there are also 2pc jewellery from Gemnations which worth more than £10.
We appreciate your understanding of the case.

so wowcher washed their hands of it and so have Gemnation!! wont be using either again!

Steer clear unless you want to be disappointed and ripped and fobbed off

Scam artists.

Scam artists.
Bought via Wowcher (my bad!) received a piece of tat jewellery that their fake website was worth £59.99. If I'd paid a £1 for it on Shein it'd be too much to pay.
Refused a refund despite it being an obvious scam. So contacting bank to chargeback.

They made false claims on WOWCHER by…

They made false claims on WOWCHER by offering mystery box where every customer gets assorted items including selfridges vouchers, perfumes , watches, jewellery from luxury brands like Chanel, Michael Kors, Gucci, gemnations jewellery etc.(Via a Lucky Draw!) After buying them all I received was a gemnations brand pendant and earrings. On asking for refund time and again, customer executives couldn't give me a proper answer except for offering exchange of non luxury items which are again their inhouse brands. Beware of their false claims strategy used on selling mystery boxes. They flashed all high Luxury brand names and sent people cheap items instead.

This is the worst experience I have…

This is the worst experience I have ever had. 90% of the watches they advertised are not available, I had to call the 30 times to get an answer and when I asked for an invoice they told me that they need to wait for risk assessment. Imagine that, I was the one sending money to a company I have never done business before and they had risk assessment .
