This people are fraud and very very bad at customer service, I had order yellow sapphire gemstone gold ring, the guy who was helping me said they are running a discount if I want to buy that gemstone it’s best time to do it right now so that I can get discount, they never specify you real price. It’s always they will tell you to pay half and then rest after ring is ready, when you check out on their website total price with jewellery making and shipping include comes out to less then what they will actually charge you, this guy Aman who was helping me from very first he was very bad at customer service, they took all my money and stop responding, I have to go through so many other numbers to get any answers after I paid them in full, it’s long story short, I paid fir express shipping. It’s been almost month and they haven’t even shipped my item till today, and I doubt I will get what I paid for, I would never ever buy anything from gem pundit.com ever again.

They are very bad at customer service. Their product lack quality and when you try to contact them, they keep stalling till you are out of paypal claim warranty. Very awful,I will never buy anything from them ever again. Don't wait too long or you won't get your money back. I hate gempundit.

Please do not trust as I had bad experience with them. Goods sold and delivered does not fit description and price does not reflect value of food. What was ordered completely differed with what was delivered. On top the stones were quite pricey. An emerald ordered for a man was small and round and the silver necklace was short. It hey would not cancel the order and if cancelled would retain 25 percent of the price. Delivery was expensive as well with additional costs. By in UK where tou can verify the stones. Do not trust them they are just after your money.

Good Experience with Gempundit
We were looking for a green emerald stone and we found one in gempundit online. We contacted them through their marketing executive.
Convincing information by marketing executive Mr. Neel Das and clearing all our doubts made us to select this high value green emerald. As per our request he arranged for testing by IGI . After our payment, the stone was personally handed over to us by their staff to Aurangabad. The process was smooth and without any confusion.
Then we ordered for one more stone for which gempundit provided help of their astrologer and it was received by blue dart courier. We are happy with the services provided by gempundit and look forward to deal with them in future.
