The Old Rectory's personal account Manager is Paul Campbell he is so amazingly helpful, his customer skills are friendly and encouraging. He has been amazing over the COVID pandemic reminding us of when he thinks it would be appropriate based on prior sales that we should place an order - this is useful because we have been shortstaffed due to isolating etc. so staff that would normally manage this would be diverted. ALL IN ALL an EXCELLENT ambassedor for your company - keep hold of him he is amazing!
