My name is Subharatan Jena and i am a software professional working in a IT company in Mumbai. My association with GU is for last 6 years, yet after so long i am here to write down my personal experience with Gemstone therapy. Being a gemstone lover from childhood only i always get attracted to gemstones and have worn few gemstone before GU happened. My journey began with an online search for Astrological relief and support for my son, with a knowledgeable, genuine resource. I had been searching for over a year online. One day, the Gemstone Universe Post came up during my search. I took my time and read through all the reviews and blogs. I then ordered Comprehensive report for gemstone recommendations for me, my son and my husband. We got a detailed analyses with reasons why certain gems were recommended for my son, and me, with the options for Upratnas as well. Now, get this - my husband did not need any gems to have any tangible difference and his birth chart was balanced enough to not need any gem support. The Gemstone Universe team refunded my order amount!!! How cool is that? They refunded my money, as after analysis, it was concluded that no further gemstones were needed. I WAS IMPRESSED!

As I was getting ready to purchase some gems for my son, I had a LOT of questions. I would say, about 15 - 25 emails were sent back and forth between me and the Gemstone Universe team. Each and every email was replied promptly, with a tone of respect and time, never was rushed. Each response had guidance and reasons. I had chosen some gems of which they even guided me to get the best of those few short listed gems to help me stay within my budget.

There is an extra Cross Border Assessment fees that I was charged without my knowledge by the middle party Debit card processing company, and even though Gemstone Universe had nothing to do with it, they still were personally involved in trying to get answers for me and help me understand what was going on.
Following the purchase, the process was smooth. They sent me updates, and a tracking link once the gemstone product (in this case, a tri-ratna pendant) was ready. The Bench Jeweler worked well and guided me on what design would the most suitable. I received the package in perfect condition - it was sealed in a box, with a cloth cover outside, sealed with wax stamps. I did not have to worry about Customs or taxes, because all the due paperwork had been completed by the Gemstone Universe team. The pendant was beautiful. Gems are sparkly and carry a positive vibe to them. Once received, I emailed the team back. They provided me with multiple Shubh Hora based muhurtas and process of the ritual to do, geared around my son's horoscope. The gemstone pendant had already been consecrated with all my heartfelt sankalp for my son. We did the puja and my son now is wearing it since April 15th, 2019. I have complete faith that it will work and help my child get relief from the karmic debt and help him have a smoother journey along this life on Earth.

I was extremely happy and satisfied, with the team's promptness in their responses, their commitment to the details, their passion in the work, their eye for detail, guidance and to provide the best customer service possible. They were extremely patient with me, as I was going through the whole process and while I had a 1000 + questions, not once did they show any annoyance (although I am sure I may have been bugging them, but NOT once did they show that, in their words or email), but were so patient and respectful. The package included all the Appraisal paperwork, including documentation of the current gold and silver prices and weight, gem certification was included as well.
One little error in printing was on the pearl ISO certification. Instead of it being ISO 2015, the certificate reflected: 2016. When I reported that, they immediately contacted their 3rd party certification vendor to clarify, to still hold the certification value and were willing to send me a new Certificate to have my gem still hold the Quality assurance and value. I appreciated their promptness in the matter.
I feel Gemstone Universe is truly invested in their customers. The moment you contact them for guidance and information, they are there to provide true and genuine information, regardless of the outcomes. I was never pressured into buying anything. I was given my own time, and when I was ready to purchase, they were there, every step of the way. I saved over a year to have enough finances to get the very best gems in my budget. Not once did they tell me to buy any more expensive gems, or misguided me. Purchasing online that too with a relative a big purchase, off shore, is scary, but Gemstone Universe had build my comfort and confidence, enough to support me, along this journey, until I was ready. I will come back to buy more as needed, for me and / or my other family members.

A cap would certainly be removed from your brain after reading their articles. Lastly the rating star i gave was regarding the poor handling,it was not for "Gemstone universe".

I was planning to implement gem therapy for last one year. I tried different vendors and gemologist in my search to find jyotish quality gems. However I was not satisfied.

Gemstone Universe is a highly recommended and reputed company in the field of the gemstone therapy.

After reading blogs and articles on their site, I decided to give it a try and ordered my detailed Gemstone recommendation report. The customer service in gemstoneuniverse was exceptional, I had many questions and they were patient to answer them all and in a swift and friendly manner. I received the ring and I love it. The reading was good but it felt a little bit automated, it would have been cool if there was a little bit of a personal interpretation added - then again, they did not advertise that they provide that kind of service so one cannot blame them for that. If you are looking to find out what gem is recommended (if any) then they will certainly provide this aspect with flying colours with the full gem report. Overall, I'm really happy.

I ordered 4 stones in rings and so went through a lengthy process of deciding which stone and what design of ring for each one.
I found the team to be extremely helpful, with good advice and my emails answered promptly. They were very accommodating, even when I had to halt the process to make a few last minute changes to my order.

Bought a 3.64 carats blue sapphire silver ring after the report recommended so. From start to end, everything was executed flawlessly and like clockwork. Customer service team is top notch and responds very promptly within a few hours and at times within less than an hour. All questions were clearly replied with crystal clear explanations. Was most impressed with the shipment as well. Was notified on a Monday evening that the ring has been shipped and received at my home on the Thursday morning of the same week. Bangalore to Singapore in less than 3 days. Ring is absolutely beautiful and can't stop looking at it.

Overall awesome experience till now. Extremely professional with a personal touch on everything they do. I've started my GemTherapy with lots of hope and sceptism. However as Guruji says ' You don't choose the Gem, instead THE Gem chooses you.Thats what exactly happend to me. I was in a very volatile mindstate till I ordered my first Gemstone.
