We have made a lot of purchased from Gem as we have grown, and they have always had some great stock at reasonable prices.

I've ordered 3 times now from this company and I have spread the word which made a friend purchase 3 pallets from them recently. I do believe that if a company treats their customers well then not only would they get repeat business but spreading the word as I had done. I've had no issues so far so please ignore the bad reviews. I don't see logic someone complaining about customer returns when the title should say it. Its the luck of the draw.

Based on buying alot of returns pallets I find Gem-wholesale one of the best, no issues at all. Great company.

Just 1 recommendation which I know you don't deal with. When placing an order the delivery is within 2 to 3 days, I know it cant get tracked but perhaps look into something where I can know for sure which date it will be as for thr 2 to 3 days I can't really plan much.

Its a massive bonus for me because I don't live in the UK and therefore always trust what they are exporting to me. If you understand the grading,you will never go wrong with them.

Gem Wholesale is a reliable source of high quality customer returns and clearance items from catalogue retailers. The lots available generally feature well known consumer brands and the products themselves arrive in very good, re-sellable condition, making my life as a reseller far easier. Staff are friendly, efficient and responsive ensuring there is a frequent enough turn over of stock to keep my inventory ticking over.

I am loving reading some of the comments here. To be fair, each one demonstrating the reality of using a wholesale store such as this organisation. I have been using Gem Wholesale for approximately 12 months.

My circumstances:
1. I use Gem Wholesale to feed my hobby / side hustle.
2. I sell the bits I don't want and simply try to make my money back.

Having chosen a specific niche that I am interested in late 2019 and after doing plenty of research, I took the plunge into catalogue returns which is a risky sector. Having the ability and available space to diagnose, repair, fix and source spares is a major part to what I'm doing.

After reading the companies terms and conditions, clear grading detail and armed with the knowledge of what goes on, I was well prepared for what I have so far encountered.

I have nothing but praise for the Gem Wholesale team. Literally no hassle, quick responses to queries and so far have not had any cause for complaint. Yes you are going to get some smashed, broken, faulty, burned, damaged, squashed, bent item / products with the occasional part, screw or fixing missing, but remember - that's the game and probably why it was sent back.

On the flip side I have had many items that have simply needed a clean, test, repack and or a minor fix before either being kept for myself or sold on.

You need to remember is this is all risky trading so you MUST have a plan. You can't forget that you are are buying these items at a fraction of RRP. You need to go in with an open mind, choose your niche, add on VAT and P&P, get ready to buy and you're good to go. Alternatively, if you don't like risk, you have no storage space (as most things are delivered on a pallet) and you have no appetite for repairing things/ parting out/recycling, stay well clear.

I have bought several pallets from gems wholesale now over several different lines including, clearance, grade 1 returns and mixed grade returns. I am so delighted with the goods, service and price!! I have been using Gem Wholesale for many years and must have purchased nearly 200 pallets and never had a problem. So many companies like this but only one Gem Wholesale.
