Just had a Zoom call with Sione, and I’ve left feeling like I know more about how my money is being used and invested, more about how their funds work and more about KiwiSaver in general.

Was really good to speak with Sione, he was very helpful, clear, explained everything perfectly and professional aswell, would highly recommend.

Elena came to meet with me at my house, she helped me to understand the concept on how KiwiSaver actually works, Especially with Generate KiwiSaver. I never knew otherwise. Very polite, helpful, patient and also considerate of how unaware I was about what KiwiSaver is all about. Was able to show me comparisons of my current KiwiSaver Amp. Best experience overall I have ever had with a KiwiSaver Company. Thank you Elena, you are awesome! Also thank you to the rest of the team behind the scenes at Generate KiwiSaver for making it possible for people like myself much appreciated.
