As other customers have said, this product burns! It came with my FFF box, at first I was very excited! Now I doubt anyone should buy this, stop with all the fake answers and actually tell us why it does this! Not only did it burn, but it made my face peel horribly! I would not recommend it.

I ordered a product July 4th for $49.99 and never received it. I have asked for my money back and I am still waiting. I never even received a notice stating it was shipped.

I received a sample of the purple mask in my Ipsy bag and enjoyed it so I ordered more from the generation clay site. Over $100 worth of product. This was ordered and confirmed processed mid July but I have not received it yet. I understand there is a extended delivery time due to Covid but they say I can track my package but the order number does not work. I've reached out to both generation clay customer service and blaq customer service (based on a response from blaq to a similar review on generation clay's Facebook page) two weeks ago and have not heard or received anything. I am not someone who dishes out money like this lightly but I thought the product was worth it. However if I never receive and never hear back from the company I will have to begin into disputing the charges. As of right now I would not recommend anyone try to buy this product since it sounds like this isn't just a one time/person an issue. I will update this review if I hear anything from their customer support or receive the products that I have paid for.

This is one of the spiciest masks I’ve ever used. I was legitimately worried I was going to break out in hives according to the horrific reaction sensation my skin had to this. It’s actually still on my face because I toughed it out. Would not recommend

I submitted my order in mid June and the shipping was finally sent on 29 June. It is now August 2nd and I still don’t have my order even though I received an email over a week ago that my order was complete and another email asking me to review the products. I have reached out to their support team twice and also on their Facebook page and there had been no response. My order was approximately $100. EXTREMELY disappointed!!

I recieved a deluxe sample in my Topbox and immediately fell in love with the product.

I went to their site and ordered all 3 masks. My credit card was immediately charged but after 2 months of waiting... still no products.

I've reached out to their customer service (only available by email) as well as their parent company (Blaq). Neither company has responded to my inquiries regarding where my order is after 2 months of waiting. Shows as dispatched by DHL but DHL has no records.

Their Facebook page has 600 followers and all their Instagram followers are bought and comments are from bots. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I actually LOVE their products. But I ordered from them (a $90 purchase) on May 1st and never received notice of shipment. I have emailed and reached out through their website several times and have been completely ignored. I just want my order!!

Got this in my fabfitfun box and the brightening purple clay mask made me break out in hives, whole face is red, itchy and burning. Horrible product

I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin.
The mask really burns for the first 30 seconds of wearing it, but then it fades away and feels really good.
I’m so addicted to this mask- it smells SO F**KING GOOD! Like, I dream about the smell of this mask on a regular basis. I get excited to put it on, because it smells so damn good.
As for the results, impeccable!
Very brightening and cleansing for my skin. I use a facial steamer before applying to really work the mask into my pores.

Yep burns like a mother f*r. Sensitized my skin.

Customer service keeps telling me they have issued my $69.00 refund (weeks ago) however no refund has been issued according to my bank!!
Do not trust this company! They stole $69.00!

Burned my face as soon as I put it on!! But I left it on and it started to dry up and the burning sensation went away.

I love the Generation Clay along with the C.E.O Vitamin c rich hydration cream SUNDAY RILEY! I use the Clay Mask which kinda burns at first but it’s more refreshing to me and I keep it on for a good minute before washing it off then apply the Hydration Cream and it did my face wonders. I also have sensitive skin.

this is the second time ive tried it and I did my routine differently both times but it burns and I dont have sensitive skin?

I washed my face and then started putting it on and it immediately started "burning." I washed it off, and read the ingredients and saw all the citrus in it and decided I applied it too soon after washing my face. So I rewashed and waited a good 5 minutes and then applied, it didn't burn at all and felt more tingly and refreshing. My face hasn't looked this good in so long! Within 5 minutes I could see all the dark spots of oil on my nose chin and cheeks. By the time I washed it off, most of my blackheads WERE COMPLETELY GONE and the ones left were so tiny. I am seriously amazed I dont remember using a mask that worked this well in recent memory.

Love love love this mask. It did tingle for around 30 seconds of putting it on but it's was more of a refreshing cooling feeling than a 'burning'. It helps so much with my makeup application too. Draws out all my impurities. It's a must have for me with my facial routine

this burns your face DONT BUY IT. It started burning right after i put it on and i dont even have sensative skin!!!!!!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!!!

I expected this clay mask to hydrate my skin. I definitely won't be buying this product. I got it in my IPSY box but not a fan. At least I got to try the product before buying it.

I came on here to read reviews before applying, and a lot of them said that it burns your face. I did a patch test, and it felt refreshing, so I did the full thing. I have extremely sensitive skin, and it didn't burn my skin AT ALL! The mask feels extremely refreshing! I guess everyone's different, but no complaints from me.

Like several others, this stuff started burning almost immediately after applying it to my face - I washed it off - it’s terrible!!

It wasn't "tingling" - it was straight up BURNING - I'm sick of seeing that horrible "canned response" for every single review saying it burned their skin! Stop the robotic responses and address the issue!! Clearly there is a problem when this many people are reporting back that this stuff burned their skin!!
