Poor service
Poor service. Poor experience.
1st contact was great: I gave my details, and Davide confirmed me a policy for 301€.
After that a customer-service disaster after the other.
They requested me documentations, which I sent, then nothing for 3 days. After that they asked me to send them exactly the same documents; no explanation.
I received 5 different policies for the following prices: 297€, 356€, 374€, 431€, 729€, all of them with minimal differences. 2 were actually exactly the same documents, just different prices.
I sent them a detailed email with documentations and policies asking for clarifications. Crickets back.
I called the 80020202 and the dumb robot kept telling me I'd have been called back in whatever minutes. that did not happen. for 3 days. Meanwhile I got several emails and text messages asking me to confirm the policy calling the 800202020.
Finally I talk to a human, which re-asked me all the same questions as the 1st contact (Davide) and come up with a price of 376€. I patiently explain that I received multiple policies, all with different prices and to please double-check again: he came back with 431€.
I guess this policy process is like good wine: gets more expensive with time.
A total waste of time: their system is completely broken...or they are just scam...or a bit of both.
BTW I am still receiving emails and text asking me to confirm the policy, Please stop.
