Ich habe vor einer Weile die Marke in einem kleinen Laden entdeckt und bin seit dem Fan. Toller Look und endlich hatte ich nicht immer die gleichen Schuhe an wie andere auf der Straße. Wird nochmal bestellt!
De stof van de flap onder de veters ging binnen 2 weken rafelen en het bedrijf weigert vergoeding of reparatie.
Na contact met de klantenservice, heel moeilijk te bereiken trouwens, een kortingscode gekregen van 25% voor de volgende bestelling met als reden dat het rafelen van de stof het gebruiksgemak niet beïnvloedt. Na zo'n slechte ervaring ga ik natuurlijk hier niet nog eens bestellen.
Nadat ik daar niet mee akkoord ben gegaan, het oog wil immers ook wat én ik heb deze schoenen gekocht met het idee dat ze niet binnen twee weken kapot gaan, heeft het bedrijf besloten mij te negeren. Helaas, een mooie missie maar geen aanrader dus.
