I've shopped for many years at their physical store in Ilfracombe, but hadn't used the online store until now. I found the site very easy to navigate and found just what I wanted without any difficulty. I was kept fully updated of my orders progress via email, the delivery was supper quick (even though I ordered over a bank holiday), plus I opted for the standard free delivery service.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Genesis Surf Shop.
