Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them!
They are not in the Uk like their website says, they are from Canada,
I ordered a test from them been waiting a month ,spend 100£, parcel never arrived, is lost in trafic or somewhere.
They don’t want to refund me, they want me to cancel the order with a canceling form, within their policy maybe get 50% back..maybe nothing. They are scammers, do not waist your money

I ordered the Warrior Gene kit off of…

I ordered the Warrior Gene kit off of Genetrack and from my own personal I think they did a great job. I ordered kit and it came to me in a period of a week which is timely given my location is within the vicinity of the British Isles. I did as instructed and sent it back to their labs, took a week, then after retrieving it just took an additional two weeks to analyse my DNA and forward me the results. Got MAOA-L. All in all I found their service to be satisfactory and based on my experience I would recommend testing with them.

Feels like a scam

I live in the UK. I paid £180 for the Narcolepsy test. The kit arrived from Canada. I sent back my DNA samples in the envelope they provided tracked by Royal Mail. Four weeks later the samples still haven't arrived. Email support not constructive and my most recent asking for a new kit so far unanswered. This feels like a scam that merits the attention of regulators in Canada and the UK. Not recommended.

Update: six weeks after writing the above the samples have still not arrived. Genetrack sent a replacement kit and I have returned this 29 March 2024 with signature requested. Tracking from the UK very expensive (around £60 quoted).

The original samples sent from the UK 19 Feruary 2024 in Genetrack's own envelope was eventually recived by Genetrack 9 April 2024, nearly two months later. My airmail recollection samples still haven't been deivered after nearly a fortnight. Absolutely outrageous. Quite unbelievably fantsastic.

DO NOT TRUST THEM - DO NOT USE THEM!

BACK IN 2018 THEY WERE TRADING AS DNA AUSTRALIA, THERE PAYMENT SYSTEM TOOK YOU TO A CANADIAN WEBSITE, YET THE TRANSACTION WAS PROCESSED IN THE USA. THEY SENT A KIT, DID THE TEST THEY ALSO ASK FOR PERSONAL LIKE DOB, MY PARENT ETHNICITY AND A PHOTO OF MYSELF, SO FOR A JOKE I UPLOADED A GOOGLE IMAGE OF A MONGOLIAN MAN, THEY SENT ME THE RESULTS CLAIMING I WAS 100% EAST ASIAN, COMPLETE SHAM AND NO DNA TEST WAS EVER DONE, AS MYHERTIAGE DNA says 100% EUROPEAN. AND I AM 100% EUROPEAN IN APPEARENCE. ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT DNA AUSTRALIA WAS MET WITH A BARAGE OF ABUSE WHEN CALLING BY PHONE, UNANSWERED EMAILS AND NO REFUND! DNA AUSTRALIA NOW TRADES AS GENETRACK BIOLABS, SAME PEOPLE SIMILAR WEBSITE WITH JUST EMAIL CONTACTS ONLY & NO PYHSICAL ADDRESS. COMPLETE SCAM AND DO NOT USE THEM. DONT SAY YOU WERENT TOLD I WAS FLEECED OF $249.00 AUD BACK IN 2018. GIVEN I AM 100% WHITE CAUCASIAN AND THEY CLAIM OTHERWISE DONT USED THEM, GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE ANCESTORY.COM OR MYHERTIAGE.COM OR 23 &ME.

Very slow and poor communication

Communication was poor, relying on email, with them failing to respond to simple questions. Some companies reply here to try at least to answer their customer's concerns. I recommend a friend of mine and regret doing so as they are not even answer his questions and concerns.

Don't waste money on the Sibling Test

I found Genetrack Biolabs on a UK website, and as it was approved by various government bodies I ordered a Sibling DNA Test.
It was only after full payment had been made that it became evident that the test kit had to be shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
Genetrack Biolabs use a U.K. website and U.K. currency but the testing facilities are not in the U.K. This is most unfair as you believe you are paying £200 to get results within days not weeks.

Once the buccal swab test has been completed the advice is to return the kit by courier.
The cost of return shipping/courier service has to be paid by the customer which is over £30.

The results arrived promptly late in the evening of the third day, however if you do not have a background in human genetics they may as well be in Swahili.
Why can Genetrack Biolabs not use plain English/layman's terms stating either "There is a strong likelihood you are Full Siblings", or "There is a strong likelihood you are Half-Siblings" or "You are not related".

I have since read reviews written by other clients disappointed by the inconclusive results of the DNA sibling test.

Have now discovered there are two better alternatives for relationship testing: Family Finder and the Relative Finder feature on the 23andMe test.

These new tests compare two people on about 700,000 markers…not just 16 or 24. Instead of counting and comparing STRs, they look for long blocks of DNA that are identical in both subjects.

Blocks above a certain length had to pass down from a common ancestor and the more long blocks in common, the closer the relationship.

These new tests don’t guess. They actually MEASURE the amount of shared DNA. For any relationship out to first cousin (and usually second cousin), they can absolutely confirm or deny the suspected relationship.
Do NOT waste your money on a conventional DNA sibling test.

Hmm..Questionable Authenticity

Have ordered another as the other 2 don't seem to have reached despite tracking data saying they have. They don't offer any support or advice but over enthusiastic about taking money.

works but very very slow.

I needed the full legal DNA testing service to satisfy the UK Home Office's Visa and Immigration services for my daughter's passport application.

It took 30 days from paying them to start the process until we had received the official documentation of being a blood relative!

Communication was poor, relying on email, with them failing to respond to simple questions.

Fortunately we were not in a crisis, thank goodness we weren't trying to get a relative released from a detention centre because of a Home Office mistake!

There are more expensive alternatives listed on the government's website and they would probably be a lot faster.
