I ordered a product in march and nothing yet. I lost 29.95 to a scams company. I filed a complaint and NO answers as of yet! A SCAM A SCAM!!!!

The worse service ever . No response. No products an no money back. Facebook shouldn't allow this scams companies to get money like this. Got it to give my boyfriend a gift and he stays empty handed. Mad . Very mad.

Omg...I believe in Karma!!! This Company is a fraud! Please beware out there, too many scammers around.

Placed an order on Apr. 21. Never received the items. Charged my credit card. Tracking number not valid.
Won't answer my email to them. Another scam????

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my goods. I never received any correspondence after the purchase was made so I have no way of contacting anyone from the Company, i have no details to attempt to track the goods. I have also since realised that the goods I have ordered won't fit my chairs. I just want my money back please.

Too bad I didn't read these reports before I put my order in! Everything written is the truth! Everything was much too small and I'd have to pay to send them back to China. It would cost 2x as much as I payed!

Schade dass ich nicht vor die Bestellungen diese Bewertungen gelesen habe!! Alles stimmt was geschrieben wurde! Alles zu klein und Rücksendung kostet mehr als die Ware!

Die Webseite täuscht vor, eine deutsche Seite zu sein. Ist sie nicht, die Wäre kommt direkt aus China. Billig, zu klein - chinesische Größen - und ich soll auch noch Porto nach China für die Rücksendung bezahlen. Ich werde einfach in den sauren Apfel beißen und die Sachen wegwerfen.
Ich habe eine Lektion gelernt - wenn die Webseite keine Firmenadresse oder Firmenregistrierung enthält, Finger weg.

The web site leads you to believe that this is a German one. Wrong - the goods come from China. Cheap, too small - Chinese sizes - and I'm expected to pay postage to China for a return, while will probably end up getting lost in transit anyway. I'll just throw the stuff away.
I've learned my lesson - if the web site does not contain any information about the company address or registration, forget it.

If i had the chance to give no star i would do it.

Bitte HÄNDE WEG! Hab Internet durchgesucht, bevor ich eine Bestellung gemacht habe. Zwar ´sagt´die Seite, dass Sie die Ware zurück schicken können, ist es unmöglich.
Das Unternehmen ist in Chita, Porto ist sehr teuer, löhnt sich überhaupt nicht. Qualität ist arm, Retour unmöglich, raus geschmiessenes Geld!
Hoffentlich, hilft das jemandem.
Als Lösung wurde angeboten, neue, grössere Schuhe zu bestellen und alte, kleinere jemandem schenken. Danke aber nie wieder.

Now for those who speaks English: do not do it. I bought shoes which were small.Cannot send it back since no one is going to cover the costs. Sending it back to China costs like hell. So, now am stuck with shoes that I cannot use for anything. As a solution it was offered to (!) buy NEW shoes and pay 50% of the price. So, I have to pay even more to get out of this unpleasant situation.
So, just do not do it.

Для тех, кто говорит по-русски: ребята, ни в коем случае ничего здесь не покупайте. Маломерные вещи. У меня небольшая нога, но и та не влезла. Вернуть будет невозможно, просто выкинете свои деньги. С уважением, Елена
