We ordered a glass splashback for our new kitchen. Firstly we wanted a few samples which arrived very quickly and were only £1.00 each.
Easy to measure up following the online instructions.
Delivery took about 4 weeks due to it being bespoke.
Arrived very, very well packaged.
We also ordered a fixing kit and it was very straight forward to install.
Looks amazing!

Good product, poor customer service.
Very good product but poor customer service. I submitted drawings with the original order but after 3 weeks I had to contact the company to ask about delivery. They then asked me to submit drawings and lied about having emailed me to request these.

I was sent the wrong sample by mistake…
I was sent the wrong sample by mistake but the man on the phone couldn't have been more helpful when I called about it. I was told a replacement was on its way which I got the next again day.

Great service. We took our own template & design we wanted for our splashback. Genie sent us 3 possible designs to choose from & we got exactly what we asked for. The fit was perfect & it looks amazing now it’s installed

Ordered samples and they took over 2 weeks to deliver. Emailed them to chase when delivery would be and it took them 10 days to reply to me.
Unfortunately won’t be making a large order with them.
