Even one star, is being generous, for this utterly shambolic, incompetent and totally uncaring, Housing Organisation.

Each time, a Gas Engineer, sent by Gentoo; services my boiler, I have problems with my heating and hot water supply.

Inevitably, after my recent service, I had to call Gentoo regarding this.

"Nothing to see here, pass the buck" attitude, as always...it's my Gas Supplier.

An hour, on the phone with said Gas supplier and an evening visit from the engineer and within two minutes; he has has found that the fault is...the boiler!

Gentoo is all smoke and mirrors...endless back slapping and glossy advertising.

Meanwhile, their council houses are damp, crumbling and have to be literally, falling to bits like a Victorian period slum, before they bother to act.
