This company WERE my go to people when I required a replacement remote. Speed on dispatch and quality of their remotes were sometimes better than the original remote. Tvtam1

I had tried every supplier under the sun trying to get a replacement remote CTV401 FVHD LED without success until I came across GenuineCopies who, not only had one, but had it posted to me within 24hrs. Delighted with product and service.

I got a remote for my tv its was as good as the remote i got with my tv. Its also lasted a lot longer and still going strong.

Great service replacement remote arrived the next day, 8year old flat screen Bush tv with a great picture just didn't want to get rid just because the remote gave up the ghost, Argos tech team put me onto Genuine Copies who sent my replacement lovely lady on the other end got me sorted in no time, one happy customer put batteries in and away it went brilliant.

I was directed to GenuineCopies.tv yesterday by bush helpline, having lost my original remote for my tv.I was really impressed by the no nonsense response.I only placed the order yesterday afternoon. my remote was delivered this morning.

Remote gave up the ghost yesterday as I write. It's for an old M & S tv and found this site. Ordered a new one quoting model number and forgot it. Post man delivered it less than 24 hours later. Put batteries in and it's working. Brilliant, cheap too.

Couldn't find a remote for my Walker smart TV anywhere.
Company wanted 35 euros plus postage.
I purchased the wrong one from Genuinecopies and they paid for the return along with the old remote.
Then then copied the old one and sent me a new remote that works perfect. All for a total of £11.99. Is that GOOD value or what !!!!!!

Couldn't get a remote from other places, but "Genuine Copies" had one that would work. It was a reasonable price & arrived really quickly -and the best thing?....it worked!!! Hurrah!

Puppy ate the remote! After trying 3 universal remotes I found this company. Ordered remote 4.45pm. Delivered 10am next day. Took it out the box. It worked! Excellent.

I was desparate as the set top box remote was chewed and slobbered. Google came to the rescue with Genuinecopies. I rang 4.30pm and it arrived 9.00am next day. Wonderful! Chair bound husband is sane again with his tv drug.
A great service - and yes it worked first time. The local tv shop quoted me £29 and 10 days. If I can do it at 80 so can you.

I couldn't update the new signal areas on my freeview box as the remote didn't work so could only view half the channels. I looked on line for the make and model and saw that I could buy a replacement. GenuineCopies.tv were the cheapest and didn't charge postage so at 4pm I ordered one and by 11am the next day, it arrived, was tried out, worked and now I can view all the channels! Why didn't I do it sooner!!!
