Not much to say, you can’t just simply return something. Bought a pair of men’s outdoor casual shorts, took forever to get here. If you breathe the snap un snaps and they’re not tight on me. They want me to send pictures of the problem. I tried sending pictures. It won’t even send on there email they sent me.

I ordered what was described as "WIRELESS TRAILER LIGHT(S)" Implying & showing (2) wireless lights What I rec'd was (1) WIRED trailer light. I immediately reached out to their Cust Serv and after a delayed response they said "we offer you $2.00 refund (on a $30.00 order!
After a few back-n-forth they finally said "we offer you $4.00 refund or you can return to us and you pay postage, upon receipt we will inspect for any damage and discount for any damage found (the product arrived in a crumpled box) so beside postage cost I expected they'd deduct more $$ from value of return. Ultimately, I decided that I would accept the $4.00 and cut my losses rather than try to deal with this company. I HIGHLY recommend NOT buying from this company as they DO NOT stand behind what they are selling and in fact are mis-representing described products!

Scam! They said item was delivered. Contacted postal service and they said it was delivered to a different address. No customer service, they keep sending same email over and over. No phone number listed.

Item arrived after two weeks in decent packaging and acceptable condition. Quality is generally good, although could have been slightly better in terms of durability. Faster shipping time and sturdier packaging would improve overall experience next time.

Ok so I got it, All together wrong, not even what I ordered and to kick it in the TEETH! the packaging has a return address of Chigago Il. USA

The name of the company per the return label in Chigago dosen.t exist, at least no were on the internet, and the address is non existant.

So I TOO Can qualify that these people are Thieves!!

order took 2 months, came from Switzerland, so much for MADE IN USA. i ordered the 5 pack Robotic Fishing Lures, i received a 5 pack regular fishing lures which i could have gotten at Wal-Mart. TOTAL RIPOFF. i want what i ordered or a complete refund. I've also send an email to your email posted on your website, hopefully someone with this company has a little integrity and will respond.
Here we are 6 days later and NOTHING from anyone. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A COMPANY OF THIEVES...

Horrible customer service. Total scam. Never recieved my package for order number 20537S59313. Requested refund, denied. Given run around about "wrong tracking number". Advised me to ask my neighbors and "loved ones" if they got my package by mistake.

they show you a fish that swim's by itself which has a prop in it's mouth and then they send you a fish that does not move just a bunch a crap and then you can't get a hold of them try to get your money back it's outright fraud this company is nothing but crap can't even give them a 1 start .

ZERO STARS - I ordered garland at the end of October. It finally arrived in mid december and it was terrible!!! Thin, odd color and smells. It was not what was shown. It also states that it ships from the USA, it doesn't. It shipped from Spain!! They false advertise and lie about their prodcuts. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Like everyone else, I ordered Christmas garland in early November from a Facebook ad and never received it (it’s now Dec 16). I emailed back and forth, only getting AI responses with two different order tracking links that had different order statuses. They refuse to give me a refund.
Don’t trust Facebook advertisements, people.

This company is a scam, I ordered garlands and bird feeders for this Christmas back in the middle of November and I have NOTHING!!! Supposedly this is at a shipping facility in Iowa and has been for 5 days! Customer service is completely non responsive. They are not located in the US as they state. They do not deliver their produce as promised. I may never get the product and with the other reviews it will probably be junk - should have used Amazon versus Facebook!!!!

This is a Scam; they have hidden charges above the amount on the order confirmation you agree to pay. they items are not as advertised, and they refuse to accept returns even though they have a clear return policy they block you form it.

I ordered that so called THICK, LUSH realistic garland they even showed a lady holding their garland and other sellers garland. I fell for it. Ordered it and this is what I got! The thin ratty garland, stinky plastic, not the thick beautiful one in the picture! Can’t get anywhere with their customer service. No refund and no return. Horrible company, need to read reviews before jumping in to order

If I could give a ZERO I would. I received an AD on instagram about this beautiful garland and decided to order it late OCT. I was looking forward to decorating banister for Christmas. On the website it says 7-15 days shipping possibly. It is December 10th and I have yet to receive ANYTHING. My tracking hasn’t worked for 9 days. This is a total scam. DO NOT WASTE your money.

I ordered Christmas garland from them over a month ago. During that purchase I wasn't aware they added 2 more Christmas garlands on another order. Not sure how that's happened but went with it because it seemed to be gorgeous. I kept sending them emails about when my orders would arrive. They returned my emails with a tracking site that told me it was being shipped from Italy! Their advertising said my order would arrive in 2 to 7 days from ordering. It's been over a month now and everytime I inquire about the arrival, they send me to the tracking site that changes from Italy to it being accepted in the United States. Then that same message is seen but the dates change on it. I have a feeling I won't receive this garland or be able to get a refund.

This company is awful. I ordered Christmas garland on November 2nd that they promise fast shipping….and it’s over a month later and Christmas is practically here and I haven’t received any word on where my garland is. I’m so frustrated.

The flamingos are nothing like pictured - very cheaply made & pieces of crap. They will not accept returns.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. This company is a total scam fraud at its finest, they made me pay express shipping 3-4 day delivery said it was coming from NJ ,I emailed them 2 weeks later they send me a tracking number from Iceland. Then they still don't come ordered in June for my son he was here 2 months nothing. He leaves back home never got them. The add said 5 pair only received 1pair 2 months later. When I emailed them they had the nerve to offer me $3 refund, what a joke. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE MAKE IT KNOWN...

IT' A SCAM PEOPLE: 1) YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND, 2) THEY SAY AND TRACKING SHOW THAT THIS MADE IN AMERICA PRODUCT SHIPS OUT OF CHINA BUT IN NEVER ACTUALLY LEAVES CHINA AND NEVER GETS DELIVERED!, 3) IT IS ALWAYS A "LAST DAY SALE", JUST WAIT A DAY OR A WEEK AND IT IS STILL THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE FOR A PRODUCT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE!, THE PHOTOS SHOW THEM AS VERY LARGEE BUT THEY STATE THY ARE ONLY 14" TALL, BUT IT DOES NOT MATTER AS YOU NEVER WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND FORGET ABOUT A REFUND AS THOSE DO NOT EXIST JUST LIKE THEIR NON-EXISTANT "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!
