The Land of No Returns

Trying to return shoes to GEOX appears to be impossible. The UPS returns process is set up only for the USA. The phone number given on the GEOX UK website does not exist and it is impossible to get any help. When buying online, a robust returns process is essential and GEOX do not have one.

Don't buy mail order!

I returned a pair of boots bought from the Geox website to a Geox store within three days of receiving them. The returns process is quite confusing and involves printing off various pieces of paperwork as well as obtaining a returns authorisation number. I assumed that I would receive a refund from the shop, but it turns out that goods have to be posted back to their warehouse, which appears to be in Italy. I heard nothing for 12 days, and emailed Geox to inquire after my return. I still heard nothing back, and tried the phone number on their website several times - it didn't work. I emailed Geox again and this time received a response, asking me to call the store to which I had returned them and obtain a tracking number - basically asking me to oversee the returns process myself. I called the store and received the relevant info (which showed that the tracked return had been received by their warehouse three days after it was sent), which I emailed to Geox, having again tried to use the phone number on the website, and again finding that it was not working. They emailed me back a couple of days later telling me that my refund would be processed within 30 days!! No sign of my refund yet... Geox took payment for these boots from my account on December 29th 2016 and I find that I will have to wait up until February 14th for a refund. Not acceptable. I also informed them that their customer service number was not working, and received a smart alec reply telling me that they received hundreds of calls a day, so basically calling me a liar. Terrible customer service, flawed returns policy - I would not shop with them again...

Very bad returns process

We bought several pairs of boots for our young son to make sure size was correct (as advised by a Geox customer service rep). We kept the ones that fit and sent the rest back and have since been sent confirmation that they have received the returned order. This was nearly 2 weeks ago and Geox have not issued a refund. We have contacted them but their response is a strange automated email message that makes little sense.

UPDATE: After chasing our returned orders, Geox have now advised us that refunds take 30 days which was not mentioned by their customer service representative.

Unacceptable return policy

I purchased a pair of trainers from the store. Got them home and found after a couple of hours of wear the shoes had stretched a size, making them too uncomfortable.
On trying to return them, I was told that the trainers had to be in pristine condition (which is difficult if your trainers have white soles), as they need to be able to resell them. I complained of the defect and even escalated to "head office", I was told the same thing repeatedly. They effectively will not allow you to return purchases. Do not buy from them, their products may be ok, but their service and attitude to customers is unacceptable.

Awful Customer Service

I ordered shoes, which arrived 8 days late. I had contacted Geox in this time to ask about my order, no reply received.

I arranged a return which was collected on the day stated so that was fine.

The shoes had not even been taken out of the box, just repackaged for return as they were so late they were no longer required.

According to the tracking, they received the shoes 15 days ago. I emailed them 7 days ago asking how long the refund will take, I got a reply today telling me that a refund can take 30 days from the date they received the parcel. So, the return was collected on 7th January and I may not be refunded until the 18th of February. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst company ever to deal with. Won't be using them again and would advise others not to bother, unless you like deliveries and refunds that take weeks longer than expected.

Rubbish customer service

Money was debited the second day and message said order dispatched. No sign of the order in 12 days. Tried the customer service many times, no response at all, nothing. If it had not been the official website, I would have said it must be a fraudulent site.
Still chasing the money.
Never buy from them.
Such a shame for a company of a good brand.

Very bad service and even worse quality!

My winterboots were leeking. They were sent to Italy for a test - came back with a message they were not leeking. As I came home I realized only the right boot had been tested and not the leeking left one :-( If that wasn't enough the male employee was so rude.

Since my husband also had the same problem with a shoe leeking this was our last buy in Geox Store Vienna!

Poor customer service

Bought a pair of shoes online. Confirmation said despatch in 5 days, after 5 days no update on my delivery. After 6 days paypal informed me my money had been refunded, it took another two days before Geox e-mailed me to say they couldn't fullfill my order.
There wasn't even an apology for taking an order they didn't have or for taking so long about the whole thing. Very dissapointing.
