As a German expat living in Ireland, I miss being able to buy many German products, so having access to a reasonably priced, reliable and quick online delivery service directly form Germany is great. I have now ordered a few bits twice and everything arrived well-packaged and in very reasonable time - even during Covid! I was delighted by the addition of a handful of loose little sweets - Maoams, little easter eggs, Ahoj sweets etc - this is a really nice touch!! Prices are very reasonable, postage too - but it's the postage that drives the overall price up, so being able to see the weight of the current shopping basket and the corresponding postage cost is a nice feature! A few areas for improvement would be: a larger assortment (there are a few items that I can't get here and need to buy elsewhere, so it would be handy to get them all in one place), the option of buying fresh goods and have them delivered using a one-day, cooled shipping service such as UPS or DHL (Bratwurst, Rügenwälder Teewurst, German butter to name but a few!), and lastly I wish that the packaging filler material was made of recycled material such as cardboard rather than little styrofoam nuggets.
GermanStore24 is much more customer friendly. German Delistore is in a fight with FedEx so their deliveries take forever and they don't do any tracking so you have no idea when they'll arrive or what condition. I say that because please read the website carefully because it advises you not to ship chocolate in the summer and it may arrive grey. The shipping charges are outrageous, but we are serious Ritter Sport and Milka lovers and you just can't get the variety offered in the U.S. Stick with GermanStore24 and you'll be better off.

It rarely happens (now almost never) that items get lost (thanks to worldwide postal standardization). You can always write to us if you miss a shipment and we will take care of it. You will always receive a replacement or refund. Customer service is our top priority.
I found this site randomly on Google and I am forever grateful! The shipping is fairly priced (it is based on weight at the moment) but shipping is quick to the US. I live in California and it arrives within one week! The customer service is excellent. If you want a certain item, just tell them about it and they will do their best to supply it. I highly recommend them!
