The staff in Eltham branch are always polite and professional and the food consistently good.
The menu seems to offer a fairly healthy balanced option.
The restaurant is tidy and welcoming

When i ordered the big boss meal in store the other day it was beautiful. Plenty of mead and salad in the wrap meal I ordered. So fancied it tonight and ordered on jut eat 2 x big boss meals. Well we'll well there was hardly anything in the wrap and in the kebab one we ordered extra meat. No such thing as hardly any in at all. So face to face they are great online they send absolute rubbish out !

Don't waste ur time get food elsewhere!!! I ordered a rice bowl and it was buy 1 get 1 free, also ordered flaming fries. They sent me 1 rice bowl. I rang the restaurant and all they could do was say report it to just eat nothing we can do even though they had not sent me a meal and fries APPALLING SERVICE!!! Basically stealing ur money and when I said this there resolution was to give me extra fries on the next order

Ordered over £50 worth of food and they didn’t even give me a free bottle of water. The food is overpriced and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again just cause they didn’t give me a free bottle of water with my order.

Food was delivered on time and was warm

I had to take my time. A lot of food. Bigger than most for today's prices. The chips tasted like real potatoes.lots of meat . Made well very clean .tidy all the things I like... def coming back

If I could give no stars I would. This is regarding the Bridgwater branch. I ordered for a delivery from there, the driver went to collect and an Indian worker was rude to him and refused to give him my order, so I rang asked to speak to a manager he claimed he was the manager!!! He said my driver came in and was rude and acting weird to a girl (got her name) so she called him through and the driver was talking in a different language! 3 other drivers were there and had to take my driver outside! He then said there were 4 other drivers!! He also said he asked the driver to leave.
The truth is the driver went in along with another driver (who has clarified this), there was no female spoken to but the man serving was rude and refused to give the driver my food, my driver walked outside to ring me.
Why do you employ liars!!!!!

Server Syed was just fantastic not only was her very pleasant and his service was exceptional the food was just so tasty clean fresh and the sauce that goes with the kebabs is just well try it out the best kebab i have ever tasted a must visit to Bexley heath

I visited GDK once... And only once, not due to the service or food, that was up to par. But because I was one of the users effected by the data leak. Despite being told originally only my email/phone number/address were leaked, I've since found out through various security protection reports that my password is amongst details. I now get multiple reset password attempts and other phishing & spam emails/calls/texts a day. It has completely tainted my feelings towards them have not been back since and will not plan on visiting any of their stores again. They need boycotting.

the kebabs are awful. tried 3 venues this month and all 3 were as bad as each other. i don't know what it is they're doing but its wrong ,the taste the texture and the bread just do not work

One of your staff Sahara provided an excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend GDK. The food is amazing!
