Excellent Service

After being let down by a wine company in East Sussex (who'd taken my order and money but not delivered my wine) I turned to Gerrard Seel to order the wine I'd hoped to give my brother in law for his birthday.
I wish ordered from this supplier in Warrington in the first place. Plenty of choice of good wines, ordered late on the Wednesday afternoon and the wine was with me by lunchtime Friday. Excellent service, wine well packaged and protected for transport, good delivery timescales, will happily look to order from this company again.

Great customer service

Received my second wine order from Gerrard Seel last week. Once again I am absolutely delighted with the service received. After enjoying a really nice bottle in our local restaurant, we Googled it and found that Gerrard Seel stocked it and offered a discount when ordering several bottles. We ordered a case which was quickly despatched to us. They even called us on the morning with a precise delivery time to check someone would be in or where to leave it. Excellent customer service and would definitely use them again.
