Another terrible experience

My first order from Geske was in October 2024. I expected to be provided with a tracking number, but there was no communication! After some time I wrote to them to ask about my parcel. They sent me the tracking number according to which the parcel was delivered to my address with a very simple signature which wasn't mine (there was nobody home at the alleged delivery time). After some back and forth, they returned the money in the end of November. Since I wanted these products (they were supposed to be my Christmas present), I ordered them again in November to another address. This time I asked for the tracking number straight away. In a few days I received a package with an item I had not ordered. I thought someone had stolen the items from the box, as it looked quite empty. I contacted Geske and they confirmed that they had mixed up my order. They requested me to return the item which I had not ordered and said they would send my order. On the following day I received another package which contained one of three ordered items (I had ordered two of the same). I asked Geske if I should expect each item arriving in a separate box and requested a tracking number. There was no answer to this e-mail. Now it's January and after several more emails which remained unanswered, I finally received information from them that the package was undeliverable and they would return the money (which they did). The whole process has been so frustrating, the customer service so inadequate, if any, and the waiting times so long, that I wonder how this business is still functioning! I will happily report them to the German authorities so that more people know about these issues and do not have to experience all the disappointment and frustration!

i wish i could read some review before i order it. I have order some device on their website couple of days ago and i am not able to see my order on their website when i login. Communication is zero. They dont answer my email. No option to cancel it

If I could give this company a minus score, I would. Much like some of the other reviews, it was awful service, poor communication. Order placed over a month ago and no product. Finally response a repsonse saying delivery failed due my address being incorrect, which was a lie as there had been no attempt at delivering and my address is correct. They better reimburse the monies!

The worst customer service

I have email GESKE so many different times with no communication back. This is the worst company for customer service. After emailing to find out where my order was, I was told my it was delivered to my house. I have proof that it wasn't (security camera) the company sent me an explanation sheet to confirm I didn't receive the order. I filled this in and sent it back straight away, weeks later and many emails to them to follow up and I have been completely ignored. This is so frustrating. I spent over €120, which were meant to be gifts for my mam for Christmas. Avoid this company. Their customer service is the worst I have seen. I hope I hear from them ASAP

Avoid buying anything from GESKE…

Avoid buying anything from GESKE webshop. They took money from my PayPal account and simply canceled the order without any explanation. Communication in general is really bad. I received order confirmation in Hungarian and had to use Google translate to understand it.

I bought eye cooling device and the…

I bought eye cooling device and the cold doesn’t work. Instead it heats up and gets super hot. I’ve contacted support and they said it’s fine and just blew me off. I just bought it and had a year warranty but they won’t do anything and the seller won’t take returns if it’s open. Very poor customer care experience. I contacted literally 5 days after my purchase. It gets so hot on cool mode I think it might explode or something, you would think the company would want to know what the problem is and do better.

NO customer service

Very poor customer service, actually none existent. Do not believe the stated delivery timescales! Very slow delivery.

This company also breaks GDPR regulations by not providing a link or facility to allow customer to delete their data and or profile. Reporting this to the ICO and relevant GDPR European department for further action.
