Andre was fantastic, from his first visit to assess the situation he was very patient to answer my questions and give details responses, even my follow up questions via txt were met with prompt responses.
Today he came to do the work and he was very respectful of the space, and did an incredible job. He was worried about damaged tiles when removing the old shower but with his care, the only evidence of the previous fittings was the smallest crack you can barely see!
Our bathroom may be a touch old but it now functions 10 times better thanks to Andre's work! Thank you so much!

I wholeheartedly recommend Andre at Get-Heated. We first used them 6 years ago when we needed a new Boiler & new radiator, and we get them back each year to do the service. The boiler is still going strong & we find them very reliable & good value for money.

I’ve used Get Heated on a number of occasions. To fit a boiler and yesterday for a leak on an old pipe. Called Andre and he was here in 45 mins. Solved the issue quickly and charged a fair price.

Helped with boiler to try to save call out. This did not work but came out within hour and diagnosed problem. Gave competitive quote and was there once parts sourced boiler working . First class highly recommend

First class job done replacement boiler and one pipe system to a two pipe with some new rads , well priced clean and tidy. And over come any problems without a fuss, they will be servicing my boiler and will use again when needed

We have been using Andrews service for the past 9 years. Recently we have persistent leak from a shower cabinet installed by another plumber and Andre came to do a full fix. He is very patient, always happy to explain the whats whys and how on his work, and importantly, he and his team always make good and tidy if the area that was worked.
