Did my test 3 times just because my…
Did my test 3 times just because my camera was not woking however when the checks where done I was told It was all good. Not till when I ring customer service and was told that I failed just because of my camera. I could have been contacted and informed about this when I re book the test.

You were booked for your APLH exams on 03/04/2026 and 14/04/2026. On both occasions, the exam proctor reports confirmed that your laptop camera was not functioning during the assessments, which resulted in the exam being marked as failed in line with exam regulations. These reasons are also recorded and made available to our support team to share when learners reach out.
We can also confirm that you attended your exam on 19/04/2026, where you successfully passed.
We understand this may have been frustrating, but the exam requirements regarding camera functionality are mandatory for all candidates and are required to ensure exam integrity.

An amazing experience
