Absolutely blown away with the quality of 45" x 23" acrylic print! The print was enlarged from a mobile phone image with absolutely no loss of defintion and arrived in under a week. Communication with Steve was also good and would have no hesitation in using
getacrylicphotoframes again.

Fantastic company to deal with, we purchased a sneeze guard which was perfect and arrived on time, we decided we needed another one which was damaged on arrival, however a replaced was sent and received within 48 hours, amazing service would highly recommend.

I placed an order for a “Sneeze Guard” on 18/05/2020., on the order page there is a “additional info” box, my instructions were “stated” as “NO CUTOUT”.
The “screen” arrived on 21/05/2020 , “WITH CUTOUT”, tried contacting the seller through the website the same day , no reply back from the seller, so then I emailed the seller through their ‘sales’ email address on 24/05/2020 to tell him that it wasn’t what I ordered and that I was not happy and I expect a refund.
The seller replied back on the 25/05/2020 with this message ”A full refund will be no problem at all once the goods are returned to us.. This will have to be at your cost” , this was their mistake to begin with , so i now have to pay extra to send it back, totally disgusting considering we needed this screen to open up our shop, no consideration about our lives could be at risk.
I sent the screen back through parcelforce ( cost me AN ADDITIONAL £15.90 for 24 hour delivery ) , parcelforce managed to collect it 01/06/2020, then delivered it and was signed for on 04/06/2020.

Today is 16/06/2020 I still have no sign of this “full refund” as promised..... “you have already had your goods back”.
I will probably need to get in touch with “citizen advice bureau/trading standards” to get my “full refund” back.....lastly they are trading as “Port Synthetic Limited” as well as “get acrylic frames”, lesson learnt here don’t bother buying or have any dealings with this one truly shoddy company.

I found the website through Google and went straight to the store section. I found it easy to find the photo frames I wanted, ordered them and they arrived next day. Also they were a bit cheaper than anywhere else. You can't ask more than that, can you!
