I placed an order in August that never arrived. The courier confirmed it was returned to the company, but they refused to accept this and insisted everything was fine. I chased them multiple times with no clear help. They even fought the credit card dispute rather than resolving the issue. I only got progress after involving my card provider.

4 days ago I ordered & paid, sent my photos and ID straight away.Then complete silence from them Ive had no order confirmation nothing let alone receive an actual product, The only way i found my order number was by logging in, I've been under review for 5 days. I have emailed to query and got the standard reply, "we experiencing high volumes don’t repeatedly chase" ... word of advise maybe if you acknowledge things people wouldn't chase

I ordered Mounjaro on Friday 30 May, and despite uploading all the requested ID images, I am getting daily emails being told that I need to upload my images before my medication will be released. I have reuploaded my photos THREE TIMES and keep getting an email the next day saying they can't release my medication until I've uploaded photos! I've emailed support twice, I called into a branch today to speak to someone, but so far no response and still more emails saying I need to upload images for ID verification. Someone needs to deal with this immediately or refund me in full!
