Its was all good
Its was all good, the process to retrieve the vehicle a little long winded, too many photos but I get the security aspect of the process.

Got overcharge for everything after the rental, support didn't do anything
I rented a car, more or less the car was okay had some issues but didn't matter much, after the rental I cleaned the car and return it.
Two days later I reviewed the rental as a 5 star, as I wanted to be nice, and it didn't had major troubles.
After this the owner gave me a bad review, then charged me for tolls and gas. Both overcharged as I checked the route took and the price per liter together with the images and it would have to been a way lower charge, but as I wanted to avoid issues I just paid.
Then a few days later I recieve another charge of cleaning fee for 35$, which didn't make sense as I cleaned the car before returning it and it was not clean when I pick it up, and on top of that it was not even the lowest cleaning fee it was the 2nd one.
After this I wrote the owner which never answered back, I wrote to getarround various times and didn't get a reply.
Then after I rejected the payment they answered my previous messages saying that after reviewing it by 3 persons the charge was correct, since then I asked that they prove the charge, explain the fee as it doesn't match with any of the exact fees, and the doesn't match with any of the points mention on their policy.
But they just reply with simple answers, not reading my messages and claiming that the fee will stay and that they will start to charge me more because I didn't pay.

The car died in the middle of the road…
The car died in the middle of the road many times. The car needs service.
On the evening when I was driving from Kløfta to Kongsvinger the motor light turned on and started to make weird flapping noise. We managed to drive back to Lillestrøm but I will not be using this rental again.
