I havent been with the company long, but I have found them friendly and very helpful.

My case handler was lovely and kept me up to date at all times and any questions I had she was more than happy to help.

I would recommend this company to friends and family as they have made my process easy and stress free :)

All clear was one of the debt companies I went to after speaking to several. I found them easy to talk to, very friendly, and spoke to me as if I was a normal person. They did not use complicated language and gave me great advice and help in getting out of my debt. It's been just over a year now and thanks to them I have been able to kurb my spending habits and make better financial judgements. If I ever fall into the money pit trap again of credit cards, loans and store cards, or just get into financial trouble I know where to go. I know that I paid a pecentage to go towards them helping me, but when u go to the government free help debt places, you get a down graded and slow service. Thank you very much in helping me resolve my financial difficulties.

I was with a previous debt control company before In Control and had nothing but trouble not to mention losing even more money. When I first got involved with In Control my personal manager was Ross and from the very beginning he was very supportive and immediately reduced my stress and worries; he would return my emails with no delay and I was very concerned one day that my monthly statement was sent by someone called Natalie Savage. I had no need to be concerned, she was as professional and supportive as Ross and is always there to answer any queries I have and I know that I do not have to worry anymore as my finances are getting sorted by paying an affordable amount every month. I would not hesitate in passing the name on to friends if they were having financial difficulties- In Control Solutions Ltd have regained my confidence concerning dealing with companies online.

Wow what a rollercoaster ride I'm glad ICDS was here to help and with much patients we got there in the end.

I HAVE BEEN WITH IN CONTROL FOR NEARLY SEVEN YEARS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE INSTANTLY AT THE END OF THE PHONE TO CLEAR UP ANY PROBLEMS I HAVE WITH MY FINANCIAL POSITION AT ANY TIME WHICH HAS FLUCTUATED GREATLY OVER THE PERIOD. I HAVE INCREASED AND DECREASED MY PREMIUM MANY TIMES AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CREDITORS REFUSING OR QUESTIONING WHY IT HAS CHANGED.

They took away all the stress that i was under. There service is efficient and Jenna was fantastic couldnt speak highly enough of her.

I am so pleased to have completed my debt management plan and am now debt free,just over 4 years ago due to a relationship breakdown my life was turned upside down, i found myself in a huge amount of debt and was unable to keep up with payments and fell behind with my rent it wasn't long before i had letters threatening legal action. I ended up moving back in with my parents in order to save some money and sort myself out. in order to do this i left my old life behind and moved over 300 miles and had to start all over again,my parents were amazing but they couldn't help me financially got a new job but was still struggling to pay my outstanding debts it got so bad that the letters got worse and they started to say that bailiffs would turn up at my parents house i knew i couldn't let this happen so i plucked up the courage and picked up the phone.

i was immediately put at ease and was never judged from the moment i started to talk about my debt management plan i felt so much better. the initial set up was so easy and a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders, without the help of incontrol i'm not sure where i would be financially now as i really couldn't see a way out. but now 4 years on i am debt free and i cant thank them enough.

In-Control calculated exactly how much we could comfortably afford to pay each month to our Creditors and negotiated with them on our behalf.

Incoming calls requesting payment stopped immediately, the relief was immeasurable.When we were able to pay off a lump sum to clear the debts In-Control even negotiated reduced figures with the creditors saving us over a £1000.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Sam Jones and the team at In Control. They were extremely helpful with any queries that I had and always gave me a feeling of being a valued customer. If at any point I found myself in a financial situation again or if friends or family were in the situation then I would definitely recommend the company.

I first contacted In Control a few years ago when my finances had gotten a bit on top of me and I was definitely living beyond my means. In Control sorted all my creditors out so that I could make just one payment to in control and they dispersed the funds. The staff have always been brilliant and helpful. Absolutely no complaints!

I had a few mishaps what with my advisor changing 3 times and they did their very best to rectify it - Although I am happy with their service now, there are other organisations that DO NOT charge at all to help you get debt free and I would recommend, from personal experience, looking at those first. You may be told by the profit making companies that the free ones don't have the power to stop charges, not true, if you have made a payment arrangement through a management plan company then the company has to accept what you can afford and stick to the agreement like you would be expected to.

Over the last few years I have had a change in circumstances regarding my job situation and pay and In Control offered me a solution which was manageable and realistic to help reduce my debts.

I looked for something which could enable me to repay my creditors at regular intervals, and which would liaise directly with them as regards payments and general correspondence.Also, I needed an organisation which would be responsible for replying to my creditors' enquiries, thus avoiding any direct contact with them. Being in debt was horrible and whilst my bank did not want to help me, InControl helped me get back on track, organised my financial difficulties and set me up to understand the value of money and the risk that carelessness can cause. Only for my credit rating to then be affected as the credit agencies and the companies i owed monies to, then seen it as i was repaying my debts back late even though they were all under the agreement that had been agreed between them and the debt advisors. Due to the fact that a lot of companies use a automated computer that only understands the original agreement you have made with them, it then means you will every few months will recieve a letter that tells you that the payments are late and they are going to take futher action. Do not let these letters affect you as the debt advisor assigned to you case will clearly explain the 'auto generated' letter that the companies use. What does then get confusing is that you case over time will be handed over to other different advisors so through the entire repayment scheme you will not always have the same advisor. The other down side is that they do not always have a clear record of exactly how much you owe and so if you let the repayments slip past you and do not keep track you could end up repaying more then needed. So always stay in touch with the advisors and always keep track of the amount owed to the companies.

great company, easy to use, never hassle you and always helpfull and supportive when needed. they helped me get out of quite a whole and would strongly recomend them to any one who is struggling with debts

When you find yourself in this position to have someone you can turn too who brings calmness, professionalism andhumility to the situation is worth its weight in gold. in my case I lost my job which meant all the balls I had been juggling for many years to keep myself afloat came tumbling down all at once.

I tried to speak to my loan and credit card providers to sort something out before I got into trouble and was met with a brick wall of "we cant do anything for you until you default" which in my view is absolutely ludicrous. I also tried the Free services which were useless too unless you were already in a mess.

In Control were recommended to me by a friend who had found themselves in the same position, I was suspicious in the first instance but soon found that I couldnt cope with the stress of dealing with some of the creditors who were awful to deal with baring in mind I had never defaulted before.

In control took the whole situation away from me and negotiated payment plans with my creditors, I have paid them religiously for five years and now I am completely debt free.

I personally have learnt some important lessons from this situation and now when I am badgered in supermarkets to take out the new credit card or offered loans and overdrafts I politely decline.

I feel that had I not had In Control to turn too, this would have been a whole different story.

DONT HESITATE JUST CALL THEM THEY CAN HELP!

I had quite a lot of debt, they were realistic with me and I eventually became debt free almost two years ago all with the help of In control.
If they hadn't helped id probably still be avoiding those dreaded letters coming through the letterbox in the hope they'd go away.
