They moved cushions
They moved cushions, stuff I told them not to move ended up in my storage unit. They refused to do a second load. I tried to explain to them I needed them to get a second load and the manager told me he didn't have time. If had know that they didn't want to stay until the job was finished I would have chosen someone else.

We work to make estimates accurate by asking detailed questions during booking. However, every move is unique. Many move-day factors can contribute extra time: additional inventory, long walk, box count, needed reassembly, and travel delays.
We understand that we failed to set your move up for success. Due to this, we refunded 15% of your move cost of $44.57. Based on your bank's processing time, this refund will be in your account in 3-5 business days.
