We had three wonderful movers: Michael, Rod, and Javier. They arrived EXACTLY on time and never stopped working. The packing of the unit was miraculous as I was sure not all our stuff would fit, but Michael made it work with room to spare. Don’t want to move again, but if we do, we’re using BellHop (and I hope Michael, Javier, and Rod)!!!

This is my second time using bellhop and it’s been a pleasure both times!

The movers were respectful of my home and took good care of moving my belongings. I used two of my own drop cloths to cover my furniture and they forgot to give it back to me.

Absolutely terrible company! I don’t usually write reviews. Please DONT use this company. The movers were really nice and for the most part did a great job. They did drop a 20 year old heavy 2 sheet glass table with solid stainless steel legs down the stairs. I wasn’t to bothered by it because I thought the company would offer something reasonable. Well, I was offered $30.00 by Jack and Lily on the claims team who were robotic and don’t care whatsoever about anything you’ve lost. Doesn’t matter if it’s important to you or what the value was you purchased it for. You will hear the INDUSTRY STANDARD a lot if they break something of yours. Which is $0.60 a pound!! So Jack and Lily who are worthless did an “investigation” looking at my table and decided $30.00 would be the PERFECT offer. Again please don’t use this company. The movers don’t work for them. The movers themselves are independent contractors that aren’t insured. Bellhop doesn’t care about the movers or you. The INDUSTRY STANDARD is garbage just like them. They want me to send specs of a table I purchased 20 years ago from a store that no longer exists. Shame on me for not purchasing the insurance. However, being offered $30.00 for a table they dropped and shattered down the stairs is ATROCIOUS. Please save yourselves and your furniture. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. Especially Jack and Lily in the claims department. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

During the move employees dropped multiple items which resulted in damage to furniture, dishes, and irreplaceable personal items. I sent in the claim with an itemized list, pictures, and costs for each item and notating two of the instances where I witnessed the damage.

The total estimate was $641 and I understood I was not likely to get that amount and would be fortunate to get half. They offered $27.

I go out of my way to be polite to your movers when I witness them damage my property and even suggest they give their employer a heads up I would be making claim for damages. Even I was willing to give you a five star review shortly afterwards. But when your compensation is so incredibly low as to be insulting is where my courtesy disappears.

I understand accidents happen but don't you have coverage to guarantee you can compensate your customers for these inevitable accidents occur?

I would suggest anyone considering Bellhop look for any other business if you value your belongings.

Great communication, on time, efficient loading, nice people, good price

Bellhop and its employees communicated effectively, they were punctual, polite, and took care of my things. They delivered on the 48 hour mark and it was impressive how fast they loaded and unloaded my belongings.

Amazing group of guys who worked hard in the Florida heat to get our daughter’s apartment moved in. Professional, friendly and efficient! Will def hire them again when she is finished with her residency next year.

The movers arrived on time, were friendly and professional and were able to move all my stuff into my new home within the allotted time frame.
