Buyer beware
I recently moved from California to New Mexico and used Bellhop's packing and moving services. The teams on both ends were friendly and on time. But the packing team in Northern California got bored about half way through and started just cramming things in boxes without wrapping. Several ceramic pieces arrived broken in many pieces and picture frames were scuffed. I wouldn't use them again.

John, we apologize for the damages that occurred during your move with Bellhop. We understand that you trusted us to protect your belongings and that we let you down. Preventing damages is a critical focus of our Operations Team. Due to this, we filed a claim for your order and shared this feedback with the Market Manager to ensure the mover’s performance improves for the future.
Please reference our recent email that includes a link for you to submit photos of the damages. Once submitted, a Claims agent will be assigned to review the case and contact you regarding resolution within 2-3 business days. We look forward to resolving your concerns through the claims process.
Tremendous experience!
Tremendous experience!! What an amazing location and team. JJ, Keyshawn, and Eduardo were so kind and FAST! Everything was handled with care and before I knew it- my whole apartment was unloaded up 2 flights of stairs! JJ took the time to ask exactly where I wanted everything with a keen eye and kept things moving smoothly. He clearly takes deep pride in his work and shows up with such integrity. Keyshawn was kind, focused, and lifted things I didn't think one person could! Eduardo was phenomenal with the BEST attitude and disposition. He ended up being from the place I just moved from, so it made me feel at home right away. Overall it felt like a group of friends helping me move in... only WAY more efficient and professional :) I will 100% use Bellhop forever after this experience. Endless thanks to this team!
