payed study exclude exams...

i got a study with a payment that INCLUDES exams.
Now i am ready to do the exames and the are saying that it isnt included so i still have to pay it myselve.
The study was 2400 euro en if i have to pay for my exams thats another 600 euro!
They are fckng scammers

Beste mevrouw van Meggelen, fijn dat we de verwarring weg konden nemen dat dit om een Nederland Leert Door opleiding ging waar alleen de opleiding exclusief examens werd aangeboden via de overheid. We hebben je een mooi aanbod kunnen doen via de mail om je tegemoet te komen. Hopelijk alles naar tevredenheid.

Started close to two months ago

Started close to two months ago, with a (CIW) fullstack webdeveloper course.This course is fine and teaches you a wide variety of IT skills. Nevertheless, the help provided by customer service is crap.

That I have to send a follow up email, not once, not twice, but three times, starting to frustate me.
As a student you want to focus on your study and not on emails and conversations that take the focus away from that same study,

My thoughts, that or hire more people so repsonse wil be done quicker, or organize your company better. Because @Get ceriftified, get your stuff in order please, so students will be less frustrated and they can start focusing 100% on their studies.
