Filling out the information wasn't bad. Had to make a correction since I did not understand the military question. Getting updates did take a little longer. And trying to get responses back was rough. I was assigned one person and she only responded once then I had another person helping me.

I completed the forms but was not ready to file. Had mental anguish over this decision and when I finally built up enough courage to proceed, my subscription was expired. I got the help I needed without any hesitation. The customer service rep was very friendly and responded quickly to my query.

The homepage is complete false advertising. It's not affordable, the papers aren't instantly ready. It took me over 2 weeks to get my papers ready for download, just for their to be a mistake.

I used this office for my bankruptcy; they educated me on the different types and helped guide me to make the best decisions. They assisted with the paperwork , explained how and where to get all my files , when and what to expect during the creditors meeting. I couldnt have done it without them. The price was great, within budget & the entire process was less stressful than i had tried to do it myself.

This site has terrible customer service. There money back guarantee is a joke. This is one of the worse sites ever. Rude customer service.

This company is stealing money. Their website would not allow me to finish the process of completing the divorce paperwork. I called for support and the only person, that ever answers the phone said that he would call back by the end of the day. 5 days later, I received an email saying that it would be a $45 charge to get a refund and if I agree, I would receive the refund in 10 business days. I have not heard from the company and when I called to ask for an update on my refund, I was told by the same guy that I would not be loosing any money on me and that he wouldn’t deal with any bank paperwork for at least 5 to 6 months. He was very rude and talked over me the whole time. Very predatory behavior!

Let's start off with the fact that I emailed them first to make sure they could assist me after that they reported back saying they could help me fill out all these necessary information
So I paid them and then called them to get help as instructed.
They refused they said it was too sensitive and they could not talk to me about it over the phone I said I cannot fill it out online and stare at a screen and try to figure things out for that long. Of time they said it was an online business. This is how it worked I said I have a disability I am unable to do that and I already asked for assistance.
The person on the other end just said request a refund and hung up that was 3 months ago I am still fighting for a refund and they are refusing to refund me saying that the papers were not denied but they are also refusing me service due to a disability!

Tip for consumers:
They claim that because the papers weren't denied and courts they will not refund me but yet they refuse to provide me with any type of service to verify if it is or isn't being accepted by the court

That they was very helpful with the process with getting all paperwork filled out correct . Plus the online chat was great

There were alot of ways to file for a divorce and they had the tools to help you find what you need I highly recommend
