Never Received Item & Terrible Customer Service
The product I ordered was supposed to be shipped in 3-4 weeks after I ordered it. After waiting for over 5 weeks to receive the Doap Soap I ordered and receiving ZERO communication from Doap, I contacted them to ask about my order. I received a nasty email in response from Joshua ,the owner of DOAP Soap telling me that each product was handmade and would take 3-4 weeks (I knew this and was following up on my order placed over 5 weeks ago). He said he was, after all, a one-man operation. He makes DOAP and packs and ships them all by himself. Okay. But all I asked was why I hadn't heard anything about my order in over 5 weeks when it was promised in 3-4 weeks. He DID issue a refund, but only after telling me he wanted his DOAP to "go to someone who appreciates the time, care and attention that goes into a lovingly crafted, handmade item from a small business." Me? I'd rather have my $29.95 + shipping.
