It’s a scam. I placed an order: the dark patterns on their website included a countdown timer that said I’d get same-day shipping if I ordered before the timer ran out. I ordered. The order didn’t ship until the following week (three business days later).

On top of that, there was a pop up that said if I signed up for the email list, I’d get 5% off the order, so I provided it. A second popup offered another 5% if I provided a phone number for texts. I got neither discounts after providing my information both times.

When I contacted support, they refused to address the discount issue or fraudulent same-day shipping claims, instead they just told me several days later that my order had finally shipped. That was today. If they don’t apply the discount at the very minimum before the package arrives, I’m planning to just refuse it and buy elsewhere.

I was not a customer and have no relation to their website or anything. Once messaged a support with the question, and my email address got piled with their marketing cr*p spamming almost every day.

Ordered around 2100 usd worth of beginner fpv gear, two of the items were back-ordered with an estimate of 2 weeks to restock. I waited 2 weeks, and asked for a status update. Now the wait time was an additional 4-6 weeks. They would not ship a partial order, when i asked in an email if they could ship a partial order (while offering to pay an additional shipping charge if it was needed), they abruptly decided to cancel my order and let me "start over".

So those funds got held for 2 days, during which time the goggles I had ordered sold out. At this point I was done, and then i noticed my refund was 125$ short. They were actually going to try and keep the shipping insurance i paid extra for, for an order that never shipped. Another phone call and email, and I did get the shipping insurance charge back, but I would never do business with this company, nor would I suggest them to anyone. I spent that 2100 over at pyrodrone instead.

I was gonna use rdq but apparently they're owned by the same crap company as getfpv.

Greta company. Ordered plenty of times both delivery and pickup. Never an issue. Highly recommend.

I never want to use this site again. Customer service is terrible. This is the worst FPV website I have ever seen. It’s been 6 days, and they still refuse to ship my order. No one responds to messages. They don’t care about customers, only about the money. I do not recommend this site to anyone. I am now turning to PayPal to try and get my money back. Thank you Getfpv well done, you must be proud of your service.

Ordered remote, goggles and batteries to start training on sim while choosing a drone. Very frustrating experience. Received package missing batteries. Sent complaint to support immediately, 48h later still no response despite pronise to get back in 24h... Tried calling, no answer at 4.30PM says call during normal business hours, called again a different days twice, wait time 15 and 25 mins respectively with no success... So with no support over weekend my start into the hobby is delayed by at best 10 days... Before that shopping experience itself was lousy too... could not get a new customer code for over 30h... (but do get tons of spam though while waiting). Lots of items shown as back ordered so waste of time finding stuff you need shortlisted from reviews/tutorials. no indication when will be available. asked for advice got email 2 days later... shopping cart is buggy too dropping items you put there... So dont recommend, do yourself a favor do shopping somewhere else

My absolute favorite place to spend $1000's.
I had no idea when I moved to Sarasota that I would end up 2 miles from the epicenter for all things FPV related. Certainly played in to my decision to stay longer than I should have but have since relocated. Feeling it now that I'm once again bitten by the hobby bug. Spent a considerable amount of time talking with their knowledgeable staff and they were a great resource for info, order & technical support. Placing an order for same day pick up is such a wonderful experience in this hobby! I miss you guys. Plus just hanging out there you get to meet all sorts of industry icons. Very fun experience. I would have taken you up on the offer to come work there if I didn't love my job.

I've had very good experiences with GetFPV, I am a UAV builder and pilot, so, I shop for parts often.

My only complaint is that shipping can be a little in the slow side, they are one of the largest drone parts dealers and are super busy, so, my order can lag a bit.

They pretty much sell everything drone related, as well as they are full of good advice for my builds.

With the negative feedback I see posted, I thought I'd toss my positive feedback in there as it is well deserved.

well their shipping on a small item is overly charged plus the shipping insurance is overly priced, plus I just don't trust them any more, went instead to Caddx USA, takes longer, but trust worthy and their products work when you get them

Received my goods from Getfpv very fast delivery, only took 3 days from US to UK.
Excellent service, very helpful when i emailed them, speedy response, very happy with what I bought, highly recommended and would definitely buy again. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here as on Google they have I believe 4.7 out of 5 stars!! Good job guys!

Very good support. One of the parts had a defect and I got everything refunded!

I bought a $720 drone that was defective and they basically threw me under the rug.

Oh and nobody picks up the phone or calls you back. Like ever.

UK customer, ordered Monday AM and arrived Thursday AM. No complaints at all, quicker than ordering here within the UK at best.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

They charged my cc $64 and shipped me a mystery part that I never ordered. In fact, I’d never even heard of them. I called several times and was disconnected from “customer service”. When I finally got someone on the line, they said, “oh, our system has been glitching. It’s putting the wrong names on orders and shipping to other addresses”.
BALD FACE LIE.
The package had my name and address correct.
I was told that they would have to have to pass this on to a manager for resolution.
It’s been about five days with no contact.
When I contacted my cc company to stop payment, I discovered about four more charges from them over several weeks that I never placed.

BEWARE. THEY ARE TOTALLY FRAUDULENT.

Slowest shipping ever, if I knew that it would take that long I would not order it, been waiting a month still no show, customer service said to wait few more weeks, why would you have a shipping company that takes months to deliver, and can't get a refund either. Save yourselfs a headache, order from someplace else. I should of read the reviews before ordering.

Placed an order 6 days ago, tracking was finally updated yesterday and it appears it has just now left the state of Florida in which GetFPV operates. It’s telling me I’m 3-4 days away from delivery. When I placed my order it said 3-10 business days. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait longer than 5 days for domestic shipping. Unreal way to wait for hundreds of dollars of merchandise to to be shipped, completely in the dark the whole time. Will not be buying from again.

Ordered $204 of product and it arrived on time. I realized one of the products wouldn't fit the drone frame I had so I ordered another $113 worth of correct parts and attempted to return the one item that didn't fit my build.

The return was declined entirely. I wasn't even offered to return it with a restocking fee and when you look on the website the product even says "This item is returnable". I even read the terms of service and my request seems like it was a qualified one.

They can keep my money and I'll just put the unusable component in a future build but they definitely lost a first time customer. I like to believe that newbies like me end up spending a lot with companies over time because we start with nothing and have to order a lot of various items. I have more to order and will gladly hop over to another reputable FPV retailer.

Unless you know 100% what you need on every order with no risk of wanting to return an item, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Recently order somethign from them not too expensive since it was my first time. Made a mistake on a order mainly the address because they have a poorly coded website that doesnt even show a summery before accept which majority people do for a good reason. Decided to immidiatly cancel the order . Afterwards it didnt show the option to do so . Also sent a email right after doing so. To my surprise they ignore the request to cancel, tell some lie about it was not cancel and after telling it was pack really quick. Yes i ordered around 4 oclcokc which seems to be aroudn the time they send all order. so instead paying attention of the cancel order they rush to send the order then eventually telling they pack quick. And they cant do anythign about. Oh i should also mention that the only damn reason there was a error was because of theiur own damn automatic system that forces you to change the address the way they want it to be.

It will be a first and last time ever order from this company. there prices are also much higher than other places. It is ofcourse impossivle to get the order. I wont recommend at all unless you need a specific item from them but i know i wont no matter what ever use them again.

Just to let anyone know i irder almost a daily or weekly based, so im very familiar with orderign only, im no new user of only order. there is obvious the peak a trash. A site that look to fancy but yet the coding of the site is trash. whihc is typical for any site that doesnt look simple enough.

Poor reviews don't get posted on the site. Most 5 star product reviews on the site don't appear to actually be for the products they're listed on. I've tried 3 times to post a 1 star review on a bad product, and it always gets removed. Don't trust it.

Worst customer services. They gave me the wrong information and wasn't very helpful in trying to get someone new into FPV.
