My new Richa Colorado 2 Pro Trousers arrived quickly. The fit is just right and the long leg is spot on.

Horrible customer service, their website was offering me a free item if I spent over £100 so I added more to my basket and the free item was nowhere to be seen, the offer had vanished. Removed the extra stuff and the offer appears again. Contact web chat and they were very rude. I guy by the name George, telling me that it's not a matter for trading standards and "I won't be getting that for free" because it was a glitch. Very rude and abrupt when dealing with me. I phone up asking to complain about how rude this person was and the lady on the phone (she was nice and not rude) informs me I need to to speak to George who isn't in today (odd since he was answering web chats). A real shady feeling from this company I won't be giving them my business and I will be reporting them to trading standards for misleading customers to try to attempt to spend more.

I will paste the chat log below if you think I am being unfair. If I knew you were German I might have understood the tone you used to just be matter of fact instead of rude.

I was very surprised to see the backpack on offer but when I add my back protector to take the over over £100 I don't have the option to add it or if I add it before it just wants me to buy the item

I understand technology can make mistakes but I am also fully withing my rights to report you to trading standards. I don't really want the backpack if I am honest just seen it when looking at my basket.

It's a by all definition a scam, tricking me to put more items in my basket then not giving me the reward it offered.
"If you think a business has broken the law or acted unfairly, you can report them to Trading Standards."

I’ve been in a couple of times since my son passed his A2 and needed to get geared up. Georg has been super helpful particularly explaining what you get at difference price points and not just pushing an expensive option. They’ve got loads of options and loads of great advice. We will definitely continue to use them.
