Easy to use website with a great product range with big brand names. Always get a quick delivery even from the sister site in Europe, which you can use if your eye prescription is out of date. Price is comparable to high street monthly packages such as Specsavers and quality of the contact lenses is acceptable.

The contact lenses were a good price but there was a small problem with the order which meant it took a while to arrive. I think it was a stock issue.

I have used Getlenses for coming close to 2 years now and the prices are always competitive. The only one hiccup I had was when they ran out of stock for the lenses I had ordered but I was kept up-to-date via emails on the status of the stock and delivery. Good communication and reliable service.

I paid for next day delivery because I needed my order quite urgently trusting I would receive it on the next day or, latest, the day after the next day given the fact that I placed the order in the afternoon. Since there was no sign of delivery after three days, I emailed them and they, only then, advised that what I requested was not on stock. They tried to deliver days later when I was not at home to sign, so I had to go to the nearest post deposit to retrieve the package. Very bad service considering that they even refused to refund the postage fee. That was my first time using getlenses and I am not impressed at all, I will go back to my usual, other online supplier, few pennies difference but much more faster and reliable.

Thanks, for your reply Lindsay. However, I did pay for next day delivery, even because you offer free delivery on non urgent orders!!!! You are not perfect, I am afraid...
