Mailbird employees are very good and quick to get back to me when I have problems of any kind with my mail. I've had this email service a long time now and am very satisfied with it. They are constantly trying to make the system better for us users, and ask for our advice, and we appreciate that. Thank you, Mailbird!

Mailbird is a great e-mail client for both Windows and macOS .. it is very smooth, fast and user friendly with options to suit personal users and large corporations.
As an old man of 80, I have also found their customer service to be outstanding - with excellent pre-purchase advice and after sales assistance. Highly recommended.

I have been with Mailbird since Day 1 (like almost literally - started out as a beta tester before they release officially). I truly love its clean, non cluttered UI and simplicity for both Windows and Mac. It's just easy to the eyes. One thing I would love to see is a native Calendar synchronisation. For now, my email is from within Mailbird while for consolidating all my calendars, ticktick and todoist - i do it using ICS and view via Outlook/Google Calendar plugin/extension in Mailbird.

I’ve been using Mailbird for several years now, and honestly it’s the best email program I’ve found so far. It’s clean, easy to use, and makes managing multiple accounts so much simpler. On top of that, their support team is excellent — every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick, professional, and very supportive. It’s rare to find both a great product and such reliable customer service in one place, and Mailbird delivers both. Highly recommended!

Mailbird for Mac is a new program that is turning into a great email app. I recently switched from Spark. I've tried many over the years, right now, this one's the best. Large, customizable icons identify each account and make switching between each account in one click easy. The support is fast and thorough. I feel valued as a customer. Excited to see where their development roadmap takes them.

I wanted a different email app for the Mac. I tried Mailbird and was very surprised with the product, it was easy to set up and use (each app has its owing idiosyncrasies), but Mailbird was easy to navigate, The support from the team with small slight issue I had was quickly resolved, and my suggestions have been submitted for consideration - hope they carry this through but they seem keen enough to do it. I look forward to using it in the long run, and keep up the great support from your team too.

I recently had an issue with a font not installing on Mailbird. Or so I thought. The customer service representative did not have to make any adjustments. They just quietly pointed out that the new font was installed, but I did not recognise the font well enough due to nomenclature issues.

Good software for unified email management. Support is responsive and useful. Updates are made easy and useful. I replaced my Thunderbird with Mailbird 5 years ago and have never looked back. I missed some Thunderbird features, like the search (which was better), or folder structure, but I gained others like attachment search, which is better in Mailbird. Overall, a good software. I recommend it.

Been with Mailbird for some years now and if i get a problem they sort it very fast. ( with out making me feel like a stupid old F**t.

Constant bugs in settings. Will work fine for a while and them fault. Settings will be changed. Sometimes corrections will not fix. Support is a hassle.
None of the issues I have seen with Mail Bird happen on other clients. Finally got relief on the new outlook.
They think its a big deal to see when your emails have been read. Meh! Maybe for spammers its useful. Good riddance. Always a hassle. Now I have to give my email and enter an emailed code to submit this review. And they want a date of experience. I stuck it out with this client more then a year!

i bought a new computer and had some difficulties installing mailbird on it.
i contacted the support-team and they answered very quick, and gave the solution to resolve the problem.
so very responsive and quick!

What to say? .. ... OK, So far the best email client I ever had. Well worth every cent spend on it.

The only negative is that there is no Android app as of today.

As a long-term 'Outlook ' user I found the early experience using MailBird rather daunting. The support team were very helpful and I am now getting my mailbox under control far better than I did with Outlook. I had hoped to use LeaveMeAlone [LMA] to suppress some of the pesky subcription emails, but sadly LMS was not supported by my email provider. However, just using MailBird I find it easier and quicker to scan through my daily mail-burden to select stuff that needs action and to delete or archive the rest,

I got a new PC and wanted to migrate Mailbird across. I bought my Lifetime License some years ago.

After downloading the app onto my new PC I was disappointed to find my Lifetime License was not recognised.

I contacted Support and later that day got response explaining the situation and providing a link to the old app that, once installed, worked fine.

Great support help from Axel. I had my "to do" in Mailbird disappear and was not able to fix it myself. Sent a message to Mailbird and the next day I had a specific solution from Axel with great detail that easily solved the matter. Nice!

Mailbird seamlessly integrated all my email from a long unsupported program. I like the simplicity of using Mailbird. A very reasonable price and fulltime tech support. I had to use tech support for a problem that ended up being the email carrier. They were very helpful and quick to respond. I like the updates that are occasionally added that make Mailbird better and better. Mailbird has so much to offer from my daily personal use to a large business. I recommend Mailbird to anyone.
