RIDICULOUS.

RIDICULOUS.
I've paid 420 POUNDS for 2 Eminem tickets on the 14th of July. And they can't even manage to deliver the ticket earlier than 4 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
I'm in Manchester this year which is why I put this address but 5 days before the 14th of July I will probably be in France ! For such a HUGE PRICE the STRICT MINIMUM would be to deliver the tickets WAY EARLIER !
So what's gonna happen if I'm not in Manchester when the delivery arrives? I'm suppose to plan my life depending on GetMeIn's time of delivery? RIDICULOUS. Plus there is no customer service that is actually a HUMAN BEING TALKING TO YOU just cumputers. I'm begging please find a way to deliver the Tickets before June and if that's impossible (which would be a big joke) than please refund me entierely.
And last thing, do not tell me to change my delivery adress because I WILL NOT plan my summer depending on you guy's, it is our right as customers to receive the tickets earlier than that. You've already taken the 420£ out of my account so why don't I have my tickets yet huh?

As we’re a ticket resale website we don’t own any of the tickets sold through our site. Because of this we have to allow Sellers time to receive their tickets from their place of purchase, and then dispatch these on to you

But we try to make sure tickets are with you within the week of the event - and if you have travel plans you can change your address to a local address or hotel using our address change form.

Do not buy tickets from Get Me In

Do not buy tickets from Get Me In. Tickets never arrived & can’t even get a refund until there is a UPS investigation. Customer Services couldn’t have cared less. ‘We’re just a market place’. Said it would be like asking Ebay for the money back. Except everything i ordered from Ebay arrived. The money is sitting in their bank acct for four months now & I have to appeal to get my cash back. Mydaughter’s Christmas present ruined. She was supposed to be seeing Daniel Caesar 6 Feb. Week of her 18th birthday 🙁

Generally we allow UPS up to 8 working days to complete their findings but most times they find the package well before then and can deliver it onto you safely. We can see that you've been advised of the investigation process and if you contact our Disputes Team they will keep a watchful eye on the investigation.

Don’t trust the seat location...

Ordered two tickets listed as been at the front of a section (around 6 months in advance of the event). The tickets arrived and were actually at the very back. The sellers reply to GetMeIn was basically ‘oops I made a mistake’. GetMeIn’s reply to me was send them back and we’ll see if there’s any others we can sell you (despite the event been less than a week away so me been able to send them back and get replacement tickets was unlikely). It’s great I’ve managed to get tickets to a sold out event, but you really don’t know what you’re buying until they arrive on your doorstep just before the event.

We’re a ticket resale website, so we provide a platform for people to sell on their tickets. We don’t own any of the tickets sold through our site, owing to this mistakes can sometimes happen and we ask our buyers to check tickets on receipt to make sure they are as ordered.

I understand that you ordered tickets in row G, however your seller made a mistake and dispatched tickets in row U. We can see that our Customer Service Team are in contact with you to try and resolve this, and ask that you please reply to their contact ASAP.

An Experience 'Strictly' without Hassle

I tried booking tickets for the Strictly tour without success. I then saw some ticket availability with GET ME IN. I had no hassle booking the tickets, printed them off, but was a little perturbed that there were in someone else's name. An accompanying e-mail provided an explanation that the tickets might have been previously issued to someone else and that there would be no issue when entering the venue - this proved to be the case. Excellent show. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would certainly use GET ME IN again.

Mixed view

I have mixed views, I managed to get great seats for my mother’s 90th and even changed the days, buying and selling through getmein, but I am still waiting on payment though and that’s why it isn’t any higher, why you need to hold onto the money for so long before paying it out?

Bunch of crooks STAY AWAY

Shockingly bad experience and awful customer support.

Tickets went missing with UPS and Get Me In did zero to help. I had to chase UPS and GetMeIn and still, nobody helped me. However, they did enjoy sitting on my money for over a year. I have just been told I will have to wait upto 15 Days to get my money back.

Stay away from these people they really are awful.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost tickets as we don't own the tickets and have no direct relationship with the venue, this means we don't have a facility to cancel and reissue tickets.

A disgusting company making a vast …

A disgusting company making a vast amount of money by selling tickets at an extremely high markup with fees.

We live in a capitalist pig of a society and this is just the type of company that milks common people for all they are worth.

Terrible experience, no concern for the customer and not a shred of decency with serious financial situation. Profit first, if the customer is bankrupt they should see section xyz in the terms and conditions as to why they dont care.

I have been left in a terrible situation and have been simply told that I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully and offered no assistance. They are completely within their powers to help me if they wanted to but are sticking to their policy without a second thought. I understand from a faceless corporation this is acceptable, but it just reiterates how truly disgusting and profit hungry the company is. Disgusting. I've pleaded for assistance which would cause little to no issue to the company, they are just a third party between myself and the purchaser and yet they wont even entertain my concerns even if it has financially crippled me.

The prices of tickets are set by their individual seller at the price they want to sell the ticket for. Sellers will often compete with each other to sell their tickets – so you can take advantage of the best price at the time of purchase.

Tried my utmost to get tickets

Tried my utmost to get tickets for a gig i wanted to go to on O2 priority with no success and then on general sale. I was on ticket master site and ready to go at 9 am sharp! No chance i was told it was sold out straight away 😡 to be then redirected to get me in which were then selling the tickets (face value £27.50) for £99 !?!?! Its a complete joke and basically they're just organised online ticket tout's.
The system needs shutting down and these companies need investigating. 👊🏻💦💦

On occasion Ticketmaster may refer customers to GET ME IN! when tickets at the original face value have sold out. When you click on the link it then shows that you are being redirected to the GET ME IN! website and also explains that Tickets may vary from the face value – we also always show the face value during the checkout process.

shockingly bad experience

shockingly bad experience. They sold my tickets for me - etickets, I then had to print them and arrange a UPS collection to pick them up and deliver them for which I had to wait in all day for and whom then didn't turn up (because they have no facilities for uploading etickets?????). Then when letting Getmein know UPS didn't turn up I am told they cant now organise a new collection so I have to go to the post office, post special delivery and pay and they will refund me my cost when they send me the money from the ticket sale!!! No explanation at all as to why UPS didn't turn up, nothing and I have now asked three times!

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry that you feel this way about the dispatch process.

In order to maintain a secure marketplace we ask all our Sellers to ship tickets using our specified delivery methods (normally UPS). As your tickets weren’t listed as e-ticket download at the time of purchase they could only be dispatched as to your buyer as any regular ticket.

It’s really important that tickets arrive with your buyer on time for the event, so in some cases the postage method may be changed to Royal Mail to ensure prompt delivery. We want to make sure that tickets arrive safely with your buyer and avoid any delay to your payment.

More to do with delivery than the tickets or sellers

Why do Get me in instruct there sellers to use UPS for the delivery! Twice they have not delivered to me on the date they are supposed to for these tickets and past tickets. Stayed in all day today after being notified my delivery of tickets was scheduled for today (26 Jan) only to now be notified delivery has been rescheduled and won't be delivered until Monday (29 Jan) and they need signing for! Why can't they just be sent royal mail next day as it would be cheaper and much much more reliable!! So mad! Another day I need to find someone to be here! The amount that is charged for delivery is outrageous for such a rubbish delivery service!

I have recently listed tickets to sell and would like to edit the selling price however am not able to find my listings anywhere on my account. I received the ticket listing confirmation and have tried finding them directly from the email yet am still not managing. Please help!

Sold tickets a few times on this site …

Sold tickets a few times on this site and it’s always been a smooth transition. Personally i am someone who will place th up at face value when i’m unable to attend an event.
Only downside to the site is a member of customer service was extremely rude to me once for an issue that’s out of my hands.

We paid £120 per ticket for resold …

We paid £120 per ticket for resold tickets with a face value of £40 each. We did this with no awareness of the steep mark-up because we were rushing and inexperienced. Tickets were still on sale at lower rates from the venue but we didn’t realise. We felt completely ripped off.

Clear and simple searching and booking process. Tickets arrived within a week. And at the event my tickets were scanned easily and then I went and enjoyed a great show. Couldn’t recommend more.

Excellent !

Excellent !
I found booking the Royal Albert Hall, Cirque Du Solai 'OVO' very easy to do. I am not very goods with computers and the booking was for my husbands 60th birthday. It was all very easy to use, and I managed to print off the tickets in colour which I put in his birthday card ! Our seats were perfect and the whole experience was superb.
