Great Experience
Website was easy to use and provided all the information I needed.
Organising a pickup was simple and was paid within the alloted timeframe.
Very good service for selling tickets. I was very pleased to use it. Will use again if I ever need to.

Purchased 2 tickets for the Streets in Birmingham and was pleased when the E-tickets arrived as it can be a bit nerve wracking waiting - especially when the tickets are quite expensive. Good reassuring wording on the email they were attached to, about not worrying about the Name not being ours on the tickets as it is the barcode that is checked on the door at the venue.
Great concert!
Why does it take 10 working days after the event to receive payment
I sold some tickets for a Sam Smith concert back in February for a concert that took place on 10th April. I am stilll waiting to be paid for the tickets....... I’m really not impressed and would like to know why it takes 10 workings days after the event to be paid. JOKE!!!!!!
I would never recommend your services to anybody and think that Ticketmaster should consider who they partner up with

DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL
DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL
Thursday - received an email from UPS advising my expensive Michael McIntrye tickets would be delivered Friday. The event is in two days time.
Friday - waited in all day and no delivery. UPS website told me nothing useful and implied the tickets had been collected from the seller and were in their London depot - why did they send me an email yesterday confirming delivery would be Friday if the tickets were still in London.
Saturday - tried to track online with UPS to no avail or get help from GMI who basically blamed UPS and promised the first of a number of call backs of follow ups that never happened. UPS also confirmed the tickets "might have been sent to my local depot but they couldn't tell"
Monday - rang both companies multiple times. GMI just continued to blame UPS and said that I needed to just see if the tickets turned up and the best offer was I could email them to start an investigation. 9 phone calls today.
Tuesday - rang both companies multiple times today. UPS confirmed that the "parcel" had been collected and scanned in at their depot in London but after that they have no record and don't know where they are. I am very upset and will now be cancelling the whole birthday surprise for my husband including the hotel, dinner and claiming from UPS. 9 phone calls today
In total I have made 23 phone calls - all to no avail and spent approx. 7 upsetting and frustrating hours dealing with different contact centres who just brushed me off.
No one took any ownership from either company.
GMI just kept stating we are only a third party as if this absolves them of any responsibility or accountability
UPS just kept saying that as the parcel had not been scanned after it arrived in London they cant track it so all I can do is see if it turns up as it might have gone out to their regional centre - in this modern day is that an acceptable response!
In each case both company contact centres just say they are unable to ring anyone internally and can only send a "request" but again even when this is done there is no progress.
No one offered to take charge of my complaint and resolve it for me
No one has offered an apology or offered a refund or compensation for all my time and distress.
All in all this has been an example of disgusting customer service - where I am not the "customer" and the companies involved do not offer any "service" when things go wrong even where the fault lies with them or their courier.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL SHORTLY BE GOING ON TWITTER, VARIOUS FB PAGES TO PUBLICISE MY DISGUST UNLESS GMI PROVIDE ME ALTERNATIVE TICKETS IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE TOO LATE
Tickets finally arrived despite bad reviews
I have never written a review before but felt that I needed to with GetMeIn. Upon purchasing tickets, I was not aware that this site sells secondhand tickets. I assumed that they would be sent to my email immediately after purchase. I ordered the tickets in late November for Michael McIntyre in Cardiff on 15 April. I spent about 5 months fretting about not receiving the tickets and had read many bad reviews about problems happening during the week of the show. However, my tickets did arrive a few weeks before the show date. They did have someone else's name on them but this didn't cause problems at the door. Such a relief! I probably will not be using again due to the anxiety that I experienced, but I wanted to put this review out there to ease the nerves of others who might be in the same situation. The tickets were a Christmas present for my boyfriend and we had good seats (7 rows from the front) and a nice evening.
Payment Times
I bought tickets through ticketmaster so thought I'd sell them on their affiliate site. They were easy to list and compare prices but they do charge quite hefty fees so you do have to lower the price quite a bit, but thats expected.I hate UPS although, I don't trust them, they lose packages a lot so this was concerning, and the collection instructions regarding airway bills were not clear as some pages said to print three some said two. Although the tickets were collected and delivered. I don't understand the payment however. Every other third party selling website I've used, as long as you have fulfilled your part of the deal you get paid. Why is it up to me whether the customer goes to the event or not? Why should I have to wait up to 3 months for money that I need, for something that is not under my control and doesn't affect me. The whole website and service just seems clunky and unnecessarily lengthy. Also they seem to deliberately hide their customer services and force you into FAQ's so they don't have to deal with people. Ok service, just be advised you will have to wait for everything.

Why were my 3 seats changed when I'd received confirmation that they were booked for Gary Barlow Edinburgh and why change them a week before we go. The seats we booked were really good ones and the ones we were offered were up in the balcony which we didn't want but had no other option to take them as these tickets were Xmas presents also we couldn't go on another date. Also the tickets I received were only 140pounds and i paid 316 and i was only offerd a 20% discount. Also id like to know who has the seats that id got confirmation on that id booked . Was really looking forward to this event due to the great seats we had originally booked not so much now will never use this sight again.

Don't bother trying to cancel an order
Don't bother trying to cancel an order, your money will be taken immediately, and you will get nothing but a stock answer that they don't own the tickets so can't cancel or refund unless the event is cancelled.
Hopefully the legal loophole they are exploiting will be closed sooner rather than later.
If you can't get a ticket from a reputable source do yourself a favour and give it a miss!
PLEASE IGNORE THE REPLY FROM GET ME IN ITS A BLATANT LIE
4/7 Tickets delivered! - to someone else! UPS can't tell me where but apparantly it's Get Me In's fault - perfect partnership

They will let you down! 👎
Booked tickets for Russell Brand in Edinburgh playhouse ~3 months in advance of performance... several emails from getmein prior to event assuring me that they’re waiting for the seller to provide said tickets and they’d be in touch if there’s a problem. Advised less than 48 hours from event that purchase was cancelled and tickets will be refunded- after I’D CHASED THEM UP. Waste of time and patience, avoid this company.

Great Service
I bought tickets for Macklemore yesterday. I was concerned about the reliability of the service and tickets, having read lots of bad reviews, but was desperate to go so thought I'd try...
I bought the tickets 6 days before the event. 3 days later there was no sign of the tickets, so I rang customer services who promised to check. Customer service rang me back and assured me I would have them the next day, which I did.
The tickets were sold to me cheaper than the original ticket price which was amazing! And I had no issue with ticket validity.
Completely understand that many people have had bad experiences for valid reasons, but having been so worried myself thought it was important to reassure that this isn't always the case.
A mixed experience!
I recently bought 2 tickets to Sam Smith at the 02 in London for my daughter and a friend through Get Me In. When the tickets still hadn't turned up 4 days before the event, I called GMI to find out what was happening. Their number isn't on their site, but a quick Google search brought it up and I got through to them quickly. Turned out that the original seller had withdrawn the tickets from sale at the last minute (no explanation, but I was assured they would be banned from selling on GMI in future) and GMI were trying to find us replacements from another seller - which, to their credit, they eventually did. These replacement tickets only arrived the day before the concert, but the seats were marginally better than the original ones we'd booked and we didn't have to pay any extra.
It's important to be aware that Get Me In is a third-party platform for people to buy and sell tickets - they don't hold them or dispatch them themselves, so you have to hope that whoever is selling your tickets is honest and responsible. I have bought from GMI before with no issues whatsoever - this was the first time I've had a problem. It has been my experience that buying tickets through GMI is significantly more expensive than buying direct from the venue, or from Ticketmaster etc. so all in all, I'd only recommend using them if there's really no alternative - they are pricey, and there's always the risk that you'll get a rogue seller who messes you about.
Rip off merchant's
My son paid for tickets to a concert in Manchester. For 4 days his login has been showing the tickets awaiting collection by ups. Nothing has arrived and he hasn't got to the concert. No one in customer service at the weekend (surely the busiest time). TOTAL SHAMBLES and one disappointed 18 year old

Reliability of Get Me In?
I have just bought some tickets from Get Me In, but after reading many negative reviews I am concerned about the reliability of the tickets.
The processing and delivery fee was a total of £30, pretty much the price of the original tickets on Ticketmaster.
My main concern is that on my booking confirmation, it does not clearly state the seat numbers- it just says “BETWEEN 81 and 82”, so are these tickets even real?
My second concern is when I would receive the tickets?
I am also very surprised that Get Me In don’t have a customer support email, nor do they show their contact phone number on the website clearly.

Appalling customer service from Get Me In
I have recently experienced the worst customer service that I have ever had from Get Me In, and am writing this review to share my experiences and to encourage other people to not use them as they are unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how to treat customers.
I advertised a ticket on the Get Me In site in late February 2018, that sold a few days later on 13.03.18.
As part of their service they collect the ticket from the seller (me) and send it straight to the buyer - all the seller (me) needs to do is to arrange the collection of the ticket online and a courier collects the ticket on Get Me In's behalf.
However, when I tried to arrange the collection, the courier's website flagged up an error and referred me in to Get Me In customer service, who I called on 14.03.18.
I was advised by the Customer Service representative that there was an issue with the customer's address details on Get Me In's system, and that they would contact the customer directly to resolve the issue, and that I should rebook the collection a few days later once their system had been updated.
On 14.03.18 I received the first of what was to turn out to be a lot of emails from Get Me In chasing me up to despatch the ticket - which I was trying very hard to do!
I did as suggested by Get Me In on 14.03.18, and tried to re-arrange the ticket collection a few days later, but was again unable to do so, and was prompted to ring Get Me In customer service again - which I did.
This time the Customer Service representative again advised that there was clearly an issue on their system and to try to rebook the collection again online a few days later - or I could send the ticket directly to the buyer myself: Considering that the issue was with the customer's address details this was a very unhelpful and unconstructive suggestion.
A few days later I tried to book the collection of the ticket for a third time, again unsucessfully.
To add insult to injury, I received another email from Get Me In chasing me up to despatch the ticket on 24.03.18.
At this stage I ran out of patience with Get Me In, advertised the ticket on See Tickets.com - and sold it within 24 hours, and was able to despatch it without any issues whatsoever to the buyer from See Tickets.com
Meanwhile I received yet another email from Get Me In on 27.03.18 chasing me yet again to send the ticket.
I received another email at 9.23am on 28.03.18 chasing me again to send the ticket by midday - to the customer address that was STILL incorrect.
At 12.15pm on 28.03.18 I received a curt email from Get Me In scolding me for not sending the tickets (despite my best efforts) and advising me for that I am liable for any additional costs incurred by Get Me In in fulfilling the customer's order - which, as already established- could not be fulfilled due to the issue with the customer address on Get Me In's system previously confirmed on two occasions by Get Me In Customer Service representatives.
I called their Customer Services again on 28.03.18 to discuss the latest email with them and to make sure that I was not actually going to be charged any penalties for their error.
Having spent ages getting through to someone, and a further 15 minutes going through the entire situation step by step with a Customer Service representative I was advised that I would have to email their Seller Fulfillment department: The Customer Service representative had wasted 15 minutes of my and his time asking me questions and discussing the issue only to refer me to another department who are clearly too important to actually speak to customers and only communicate from a distance via email.
At 2.21pm on 28.03.18 - before I had a chance to email Get Me In's Seller Fulfillment department - I received yet another email from them, this time advising me that I am being fined 150% of the ticket selling price to cover Get Me In's costs - despite the fact that the issue was due to their system from the start (as confirmed on two occasions by their Customer Service representatives) and despite three calls from me to them to try and resolve the issue and fulfuill the order!
Basically they have charged me an exorbitant amount for their incomptetence and poor customer service - which I will dispute via my bank when the funds leave my account: yet more hassle for me.
I wonder if the poor buyer has actually received anything from Get Me In, or if he / she too are currently fighting a losing battle with Get Me In for a refund, just as I have fought a battle - that I lost - to actually send the ticket and to fulfill the order!
All I can do is to warn other sellers, and buyers, to give this company the widest berth that they can as they clearly have no idea how to treat cuastomers and are a shambles.
I note that much of their feedback online is poor so clearly my experiences are far from unusual.
06.04.18
Further to my previous feedback on Trustpilot, I received a reply to the email that Get Me In requested that I send to their Seller Fulfillment Department.
Both the email reply and their reply to my Trustpilot review displayed absolutely no hint of an apology, or admittance that the entire issue was caused by their poor internal processes.
This was an opportunity for Get Me In to correct an issue of their making and, which they have failed to do so - both directly to me and publicly via their Trustpilot feedback.

Problème service client sale ID 2966046
Bonjour,
Cordialement
Hello,
I just ordered two tickets for the EMINEM concert in London on July 14, 2018.
I don't seem to have a customer account on the GETMEIN website. And it is impossible for me to create one .. because the three countries proposed when registering on the site are NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTLAND and UNITED KINGDOM. So living in France I can not create an account ... There is no customer service email address on the website. So it is impossible to join your customer service on the site! .. So I try to this site to have a contact.
Order number: 2966046
Question: Is it possible to resell the places?
If not, then I sell the places I just bought?
How should I proceed to resell them? because I do not know when I will receive the places I bought?
Is it possible for my seller to send the tickets directly to my buyer?
Best regards

Would Not Use Again
Cost of tickets are so high compared to other third party websites such as Twickets. Lots of hidden charges including delivery which makes purchasing tickets a lot more expensive than they initially appear. The poor customer services have left me uncertain of whether I will receive my tickets on time for the show. Ringing the customer services helpline sends you on a wild goose chase only to be told the same things as on the FAQ page. Will not be using this website in future.

Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted, I bought tickets in Nov 17 and the total cost of the tickets came to £205. The tickets finally came in the post and I find out the cost of each ticket is actually £35, a total cost of £70. Which means I have paid £135 admin and postage which I think is criminal. I then ring up to find out that get me in a low sellers to charge what they want, again shocking. I can safely say i will never use or recommend get me in again.

Just awful
Just awful. More than 3 weeks on from concert and no money yet from tickets I sold. Courier did not collect my tickets so I had to arrange delivery myself by royal mail. Unhelpful on phone lines, which are often not manned to 8pm on weekdays as they claim to be. I now have to wait for their next pay run for the money. I'll believe it when I actually see it. I've done everything by their book. They haven't, and have been holding my cash for ages.
