Used park before in past but decided to use again this year oringally ordered 200 love to shop vocher but cut it down to 100 as circumstances changed as of Feb 2026 nearly paid for order only got another 30 to pay so maybe in March I order again but easterly for me to pay by card than direct debit but good company for saving for food shop for xmas

2025 was my first year.
2025 was the first time using Park.
Signing up took the stress out from having to fund for everything all at once and the ordering process was super easy.
2026 order is already in and on my way to paying it off.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I had an order which I paid into all year, they sent the wrong card out so I couldn’t use it for my Christmas Eve shop for food which I had planned to. So they arranged a refund, I am still waiting for it in the 6th January. There seems no rush to get my money back to he at all, no offer of goodwill for this massive inconvenience and poor service, and I have 2 payments coming out of my bank today which I can’t pay as I have not had my money back yet and will probably get bank charges for bouncing direct debits. Terrible and will not use again.
UPDATE as it won’t let me reply to your comment James, but I still do not have the money, and why you have bothered to reply on here yet no one has bothered to contact me directly, just backs up the poor service.

Stopped food hampers
Such a shame they stopped doing food hampers, could have done with them the past few years. Saving all year knowing you could put food on the table at Christmas. Was with them for many years, taking over from an agent who I bought through before that. Stopped when they decided not to do food hampers.

I received vouchers which were a total of £200 from Park Hampers in 2025 but when I wanted to pay for my xmas shopping, it was declined. This happened several times and I had to pay this in cash or with my debit card. I contacted Park Hampers and I asked if the vouchers could be replaced with sainsburys gift cards but the were refused. I returned the declined cards back to Park Hampers. Never again

I phoned earlier today about an issue with the code on my Amazon card (I scratched off some of the code) and both members of the team were very polite and efficient and got the issue sorted within a couple of hours. Great service.
