I received my buds in normal time. All was good for a little while then battery in RT bud started dying early. I paid an additional $10.00 at time of purchase for an extended warranty.
I have contacted them asking for them to replace my RT bud as it doesn't last the 3.5 hour playback time they advertised. All I get is a run around. First, wanted to credit original purchase 20%. I asked for 30% and they agreed. Never saw credit, contacted them back and now they tell me their accounting dept. won't allow refund. Now they are trying to give me store credit!!! I don't need anymore of their worthless products...I just want the one I own replaced under warranty they advertised and sold to me.

If I could give less than a one star I would. I place my order June 3, 2020. They took my money immediately. Never received product they said due to COVID. On July 16th I requested a refund they said they have issued a refund and it would take up to 15 business days. This was on July, 17, 2020. October 15th, nothing. I have emailed and called several times. Don't order from them!

Ordered in April2020, got charged more that agreed, Today I have no product, and no refund. The company says they shipped and sent a fake tracking number, then they said they cancelled the shipment and returned the money THIS IS A HUGE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND HUGE WASTE OF TIMEW

I wouldn't touch this lot with a barge pole. It took over three months to receive my Playbeatz and when they did arrive the right bud did not work. I have sent numerous messages to them and never get a reply.
I have them sitting by my computer right now with the left one flashing but the right is dead.
Looking at other peoples reviews I would reccomend leaving them where they are.

Bought 2 pairs of playbeatz, took time to get here but compared to Apple Air Pods, great sound and a million miles cheaper..

DO NOT DO business with this scam company. They are operating out of China. I ordered the earbuds in May and still have not received them. When they said that DHL was trying to deliver them two weeks ago they sent a tracking link with a Chinese language link.

Do not buy this product. It is absolutely garbage. You are spending $50 on an article you can buy for $5.00 at any discount store. They rate this product as if is at the same level as the Apple AirPod. They are not even near. They get these cheap ass thing from China for next to nothing. On top of that, there seems to be no one to stand by their product. My husband bought one in January and he received them in June. The worse part is that they weren’t working and when we tried to return them we were told the 30 day guarantee were expired and that we didn’t purchase the guarantee extension.What joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT........IT IS A BIG SCAM

I ordered these on June 3, took my money, 58.00, emailed numerous times, only replied a few times with no pertinent information, no product delivered as of today. Email indicated I should receive 30 days after purchase?

Wow! I waited 30 days and no earbuds. I sent an email to the company. They replied the next day. I received the earbuds that next week. I am very pleased with the earbuds...sound quality and overall product quality is great!

Ordered earpods June 6th and despite emails absolutely no response..they appear to have deleted my order number and no tracking details. Scam..my account has been charged

My Four set of Playbeatz has not delivered Yet after three months! They did not respond to my emails. I lose my TRUST ON THEM!

I ordered a pair of EarPods on the 6th June. My payment was deducted straightaway and I received a confirmation email, which stated to allow 30 days for delivery. No further correspondence received and after 30 days no sign of EarPods. I sent an email to support@getplaybeatz but got no response. That’s when alarm bells rang and I found this review site indicating it was all a scam. I genuinely believed I had been and my money was lost. On the 15th July and out of the blue I got an email from support@getplaybeatz stating my EarPods had been posted. I was sceptical but 3 days later they arrived in the post having been despatched from the Netherlands. They appear to be genuine and came packaged in a small shrink wrapped PlayBeatz box. So they did arrive after all and hopefully this might give you some hope that all is not lost. I gave them 2 stars only as their customer service is seriously lacking. Tim (UK)

I ordered my PlayBeatz air pods on May 3, 2020. They were paid for from my credit card on May 3,2020. Got fake tracking number here it is July 10, 2020, still no earbuds. Have texted and called many time to no avail. Aske dofr money back no response. Recommendation stay away from this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered on May 15, 2020, got a order #, took may money right away. Called 3 times, asking when are they going to give me tracking number, gave me a fake DHL tracking number, which did not exist. They said item was shipped out on June 23, 2020. When called phone associates always asked for my name when I gave them my order number, which should have shown on their screen. They did not ask the questions, that any business establishment would be attentive to . It is now July 8, 2020, and still have not received any package and out $58.99. I wish that we can shut down this fraudulent website and business.

I just wanted to share my experience for those who thinks this website is a scam. I too though it is a scam, ive submitted my order may 1st and never heard back. after contacting them they told me it would take 6-8 weeks, I really thought ive got scammed, but today July 8th I actually received it, and it looks very good. I do feel like they're on backordered , be patient you will receive yours , im only giving 3 stars because it took them over 2 months to ship it to me , but its worth the wait

took my money and never sent anything. Ordered these ear buds in May for a birthday gift to myself. Still waiting on (from other reviews i've read) somethin that's not comin...!!!

Today is July 21 and I finally received my earbuds which I originally ordered on May 25th. This company's customer service is awful and as for purchasing from them again..I would not!

SCAM!!! They STEAL your cash and don't even entertain giving you what you payed for. Forced to take legal action. I just wanted wireless earbuds to mow lawn

I read a lot of reviews and didn’t see anything that said it was a scam. I got pictures of my order that say the order was completed. I even got a confirmation email for the lifetime insurance. I Ordered on 6/3/20 it’s now 7/4/20 and received nothing. I keep on hoping that it’s just on back order I’m going to talk to my bank and see if there’s anything I can do....

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE CALLED MY BANK THEY WILL TRY TO GET MY $$ BACK. I GOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. SHE COULD NOT TELL ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY WHEN I ASKED.....WHAT?

TOTAL SCAM. Never received product (I stupidly ordered two sets of the earbuds as Father's Day gifts). Paypal account was charged same day as purchase (19MAY2020) and I have contested the payment but Paypal tells me it was a legitimate order! The order may have been legitimate but the product was never received. No response to phone calls or emails. Lesson learned
