My bank suggested that i can check out suspicious websites by using GetSafeOnline. So to test it out I put my company's website into GSO. It told me i was being scammed and not to use my own website.
Useless.

I contacted Get Safe online, on the recommendation of Action Fraud, after responding to a scam phone call. The adviser was so helpful and knowledgeable, alleviating my fears and concerns, offering helpful, clear and concise advice, with immediate response to my many queries. I would most defiantly recommend this service I am so grateful, it is so hard to know these days who to trust, and wonderful to have this service available providing a wealth of expertise and guidance.

This company has wrongly labelled our company website as a potential scam. Oaksys Tech Ltd and website has been in existence and trading for over 25 years. We've posted a complaint and an instruction to remediate using their enquiry form. We shall wait and see what happens. Meanwhile judging by earlier complaints on here, has their own site been hacked at some point?
Edit: 26/3/24 The issue was remediated reasonably quickly after my complaint. However the owners do not appear to have taken onboard the seriousness of the potential damage to our business reputation of listing our web site as "scam". Their validation process should have prevented the initial false report. We only discovered the problem of their rating by good luck following a police briefing note.

This looks like a scam to me. It was sent through the post asking to log into a website with DOB and National Insurance number. Seems wrong to me as they already have my name and address
I'd steer clear of it

I’ve recently been contacted by Trust pilot to state that “Get Safe Online” think my review relates to another company. As you can see this is 4 years after my initial review. I can only state that I received through the post a postcard type leaflet that stated it was Get Safe Online. I no longer have the leaflet unfortunately so cannot give anymore information. I thought it was extremely worrying to be asked to provide information which is why I wrote the review. Maybe a scammer had used your name for phishing purposes. Please don’t contact me again as I have no further information as it’s 4 years ago.
