It's working. I'm so happy!
I love Sensate! Have used it every night since I got it 5 days ago. After the 10 minute session I put my ear pods away, shut the light off my phone and roll over to go to sleep. I'm not sure the app is fully working though but the device sure is! This device crossed my path at the perfect time in my life. I'm working on newly discovered health issues and Sensate gives my hope and motivation that I can affect real changes to my lifestyle.

Hi All!
Great a device! I think my nervous system became calmer after just one weekend of using it.
Minus two stars for now due to the facts:
- a gift card was promised but was never delivered,
- one year of Sensate Plus for free was promised but never given.
I am not a type to complain, but, oh boy, if there is a promise and no delivery, that would be a good idea to explain what's going on.

I was going to order two Sensates for…
I was going to order two Sensates for $499 with a $50 discount; I changed my mind due to S&H charges. I was immediately texted by Sensate asking why; after explaining, I was offered two codes: one for a (supposedly) larger discount and one for free S&H. I then ordered using both discount codes, which were accepted.
The final bill was actually more! I was given a discount of $49.90 (not $50) plus I got free S&H that was later added back on the final invoice!!
I was billed $449.10.
I complained and was now told that I could not use two discounts together!!!!! Had not been told that when the two discounts were offered.
I realized this was not a reputable business.
I cancelled my order, but instead they sent the package, against my wishes.
I contacted both PayPal and MC and told them the story and disputed the charge.
I returned the UNOPENED package via USPS; the desk clerk marked the package “REFUSED”. I told both PayPal and MC that I’d returned the unwanted package.
Sensate then had the gall to “offer” me a discount of $437.10 (minus the S&H)!!
I demanded a full refund of purchase price of $449.10, having returned the unopened package marked “refused”.
Sensate chided me for not accepting their offer!!! Now I have escalated the disputes. This is a very disreputable and disgusting company!
I’ve wasted hours of my valuable time fighting for a refund for a returned and unopened package THAT I DID NOT WANT — AFTER I LEARNED WHAT KIND OF A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY SENSATE WAS!!

Good Device, Basic Software
I received my Sensate about a week and half ago and have really enjoyed it. I’ve focused on using it once to twice daily for 10 minutes at a time and think that I’ve actually noticed some signs of a more regulated nervous system. I am simultaneously reducing caffeine intake and employing some other mindfulness techniques, but this has been an easy addition for bottom up processing, which I’ve found harder to work on than traditional top down methods.
My constructive feedback: Not sure that the app or equipment is advanced enough to justify the price — for what you pay, I would like to see some form of biofeedback or tracking methodology to support progress/relaxation (heart rate, breaths per minute, number of sessions/minutes, counting streaks of days used, journaling or logging capabilities, etc.)
The purchase of the Plus package is nice for greater access to soundscapes, but again, the process for activating is manual in world where everything seems to be automatic.
All in all, I’ve enjoyed adding this device to my tool box. As someone who tends to hyper-focus on breathing during things like meditation, having the option to passively relax and “turn off” is a welcome change.

Sensate - Be Warned
First, the customer service is nearly nonexistant. You cannot schedule a call with them on their website; the calendar that opens up shows no available time slots for the rest of the year and there is no phone number to call them. I send at least 10 emails and form submissions on their website before I get a half-ass response that doesn't lead to a timely resolution. Second, the shipping took weeks longer than expected. Third, you must lay down and listen to their binaural beats to make it work. You can't really use it while you're working, which is why some people buy it, for work stress reduction. I don't want to take a holiday to de-stress, I can do that in Hawaii, I don't want to take a time out to lay down several times a day... And last, I now need to return it because my heart Dr. told me not to use this device. I've been trying to return it but again, not getting through to anyone at this company.

I wanted to send my sensate back to
get it refunded and followed the instructions by sending an email to the customer team. I never got an answer. Sent another email a few weeks later - again no answer.
I feel very disappointed and upset with the service. I would still like to return the device, but how if customer service doesn't reply?

Initial experience could have been better...
It took two extended charge cycles to retain a charge that allowed device to function for longer than a 10 minute session. I purchased the Sensate Plus addon, but despite numerous efforts could not get it to deliver-the device kept pestering me to purchase what I had already paid for. Customer service response was lagging-took several communications before situation was corrected, but all seems good-for now.

I bought Sensate as my vagus nerve is not functioning very well. It has helped me relax. The added reason is you can actually be doing other things whilst it stimulates the vagus nerve. Good if you haven’t the time to be still.
The stimulation is calming to the nervous system and helps the mind focus on the vibrations and background music.
I’m aware I need to use it far more regularly to have the ultimate benefit! My aim is to incorporate it daily! Thank you!

There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I send emails and never receive a response. I have sent 10 emails over the past month. I do EVERYTHING requested to prove I already purchase PLUS and nobody ever gets back to me. It might be fair to say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and will likely lead to me returning the product. Sadly, I probably can't return the product, because that would require customer service. I had hoped to get one of these for my daughter, but I won't be wasting more money. I should have believed the reviews and not bought the product. I was warned, but I hoped for the best thinking this product could really positively impact my well being.
