My nutritionist recommended me Sensate to have something to help me for when I decide to travel again, and I was very sceptical at first i must say. But I got nothing to lose then try. And I’m happy I bought it. I totally recommend it.

Easy purchase to make and I have enjoyed the many different meditations daily for several years now. The yearly subscription is simple to manage and at $0.14/day that’s an inexpensive way to start my day out with a strong, healthy practice.

My Sensate device has really helped me to relax, both during the day and at night, helping with my tendency for insomnia.
If I find a need for it at night, I can easily start a session without putting a light on, which is a great help.
Compared with other devices, very good value!
As a Biologist, I understand its role in affecting the Vagus nerve; it is good to know that its role is based on Scientific knowledge.
Aldana on the Customer Services team has been brilliant; sympathetic, supportive and efficient.

I prefer sensate to other vns devices as it’s a much more intense and versatile experience.

I’ve even had lucid memory retrieval, psychedelic experiences and creative thinking with its use.

It’s also very good for my insomnia.

This is now the second sensate that I reported as not working a year ago.
I feel once you have managed to persuade a consumer who.is normally vulnerable at this stage and desperate to try anything to ease their anxiety and stress and give some hope of relief. You no longer care.
You have a great product, and when it works out, it's amazing, but be wary: after 12 months of careful use, it fails, and the company will not engage with you.
So you are left with a 240 UK pound pebble sitting in your drawer gathering dust!

I really like the concept of the product. I really like what they're doing. However, for me, I didn't find the price matched the experience it created. I've read so many positive reviews so it's obviously a personal thing, if it helps you fall asleep or get past a stressful moment, that can be priceless. I have had insomnia most of my life so I tried it, it didn't work for me at all, it only lasts for 10 mins -- i heard people saying they fall asleep before it ends -- but I will play it several times in a row and still be wide awake after. It's sort of soothing, but hasn't been able to help me fall asleep. I Having used it and testing the value it had on me personally, I wouldn't want to spend more than £70 on it.

Great product….its been the brilliant in supporting my continued meditation journey…..I subscribed to Sensate plus to get access to other tracks. Rating for this would be improved if new tracks were launched on a regular basis, rather than at adhoc periods. For this reason doubt that I will sign up again for Sensate plus…but I can’t imagine not having this lovely device in my life.

Ordered on 12/1 was supposed to receive within 4 days and never received tracking information

It’s very relaxing; it helps me to calm down so I can get some sleep.

Item arrived and appeared to be used. Has sand on the device and looked busted to one side. I tested the device and it barely vibrated. I reached out the other company to return for a refund, I do not want a replacement at this point. Have not gotten a response.

The device itself works well. Unfortunately you cannot even turn it on without starting the app and selecting one of their soundscapes. I don’t enjoy those and would not subscribe, - even with free soundscapes the only workaround is to set the volume to zero and play your own music on a second device. Another reviewer called it “a glorified vibrator bricked into the app,” and I see the point.
5 stars for the physical device and overall , minus 4 for the forced app and soundscape pairing.

Amazing way to relax and ease stress and anxiety. I use mine daily, and it’s a very crucial part of my mental health self care routine.

This is helping me so much with my anxiety and chronic stomach pain. I’m soooo glad I made this purchase! I’ve only had the Sensate for a few days, and I’m already sleeping better as well. 😊👍

Despite regular follow-ups, I still have not received codes for Sensate plus. I bought 2 devices.

SCAM – DO NOT BUY

I ordered a Sensate device on 26/10, and as of 09/12 I still haven’t received anything. After I asked what was going on, I got an email saying that apparently I hadn’t actually ordered it, but only pre-ordered it. There was no indication of this during checkout. Then they said it would ship in early November. It didn’t.

Since then I’ve sent over 30 emails and have received zero meaningful replies. They’ve completely stopped responding.

This is the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. At this point it feels like an outright scam. Save your money and your time — DO NOT BUY.

It’s a good product but getting support is painfully slow. It takes days between each response and sometimes conversations just get dropped entirely. Particularly stress inducing which is ironic…!

This is my second Sensate. I have lost my first one which I’ve had for over 2 years. I suffer a lot with anxiety and it really helps to bring it down quite quickly. I keep it with me when I go out and if I’m panicking it helps take the edge off it.

Have to use smartphone app every time to use it, this is really stupid.
