I cashed in my account and everything was fine. About 2 weeks later I was going to use the Walmart card and couldn’t find it in my email. I searched all the recent trash and deleted emails and couldn’t find it anywhere. I notified Upside support and explained my situation. After doing a few things to verify it was actually me, the sent a new Walmart card and also the lost Amazon card.
They made me so happy. I would highly recommend Upside to anyone

Best app for Cash back I use all Day On My Life

I find that Upside typically works very well. I’ve completed transactions by submitting a photo of my receipts or by using a credit card that’s connected to Upside. Rarely have any issues involving getting the cash added to my account. When I do encounter an issue, such as cash back being delayed by my paying for groceries at Kroger using their automated “Kroger Pay”, the cash was added to my account within a few days of my providing a pic of the receipt. This is a glitch that can probably be adjusted and I’m hoping that happens soon. Otherwise, I’m very happy with Upside. As for other reviewers complaining about the small amount of discount on gas, I’ve found some brands offer minimal cash back while others offer much more. So maybe sometimes I only get ten or fifteen cents back, but over time, the pennies add up, especially when combined with the larger amounts offered at convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants. Any time I’m offered free money for doing a very small amount of work, I’m in! Finally, I’ve chosen to receive Amazon gift cards each time I cash out my balance and never encountered any issues receiving the e-card or using it. Two 👍 for Upside!

I have had pretty good luck with this app. I have been using it for several months and accumulated $87.33. I cashed out my first $53 easily for a gift card and received that quickly. I had one problem that ended up to be my fault but customer support was very easy to get and emailed me immediately to solve the issue. I have two complaints: one as others have stated the rebates start off really good for the first couple of purchases but then fall off. However if you watch for the "bonus's" you can get them back up. My highest rebate was $$18.89 and my lowest was .11. It all adds ups tho. The other issue I have is a lot of the time when I'm traveling and searching for a gas station it gives me ones that I have already passed. I can't figure out how to only get ones that I am heading towards. I will continue to use this app and refer it to friends.

Anytime I've had a problem, they have been right there to resolve it. Great job.

I had made two purchases at Whole Foods for a promotion to get an additional.20 cents off a gallon of gas, when I inquired why it was taking so long I was told the promotion was for Fresh Market but they as a courtesy gave me credit, I thanked them and apologized for my oversight

Nice service provided by upside. Giving me opportunities to save money on daily needed items like gasoline , restaurants and groceries. Since joined upside I have saved almost $300 using ups.

I have been an upside user since April 2022. I have had a couple issues with not receiving my cash back. However I am not sure if it was on Upsides end or the store that I used at the time. I say this because I had the same issue a couple different times and each time it was the same store. Other than that issue I have had no problems. I have used upside in every state between Michigan to Arkansas, from Arkansas to Georgia, and from Gergia back home to Michigan. No problem finding a gas station in close proximity. No going out of the way. It was really nice for traveling. I still use it everywhere I can when filling up the gas tank, or eating out. As long as upside keeps doing what they are doing I will keep using upside.

I started using the app as a way to save a little in my increased fuel costs. The application always worked the way that I had expected. When started seeing that I wasn't returning all of the expected credits, I left a short message that was answered quickly. The customer service was impressive in the fact that not only we're discounts provided, but I was also given insight as to how I could use this app more to my advantage.

App used to work perfect. Now it only works perfect at one gas station. I have to then submit a receipt to possibly get a refund about 50% of the time.

Been with Upside for a few years with total cash around $900 so far! Definitely works for me

Cash back for groceries is great. Only problem is when purchasing pharmacy items on same day because app doesn’t recognize the difference.

Took 12 days to say I couldn’t get cash back because my receipt was blurry. Why couldn’t they say that on day when I still had it

I made a mistake at the pump , clicking the wrong location as I was waiting in line, claimed it then waited but it was held up , I contacted upside support and explained what happened, ( I clicked the circle k that was way down the street by accident) explained the situation to the upside supper staffer and explained it was an accident click… they honored my truth with a one time credit. I was glad because I had no reason to lie for 84 cents as I am a 65 year old honest man .

Good app to use to earn cash back by shopping at select gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores.
It opens quickly and works smoothly. Customer support team will always help you solve your issues.

Great customer service, and really keep their promises, not like other websites.

App has some ups and downs. Signed up to support a friend. Maybe my credits are not showing up since I'm a new patron. Glad I don't throw away my receipt right away for some reason things are not showing or picking. Noticed yesterday that the register receipt and pump receipt have different items (i.e.- Card # on 1 and # of gallons on the other). Customer service very helpful and reachable. GasBuddy easier to use even if you just get .05 cents but they do have other activities to receive rewards

I have been a member for approaching a year and have earned over $100. Every road warrior sales rep should use upside!

The app itself can be frustrating but the service support when a credit does not appear really works to make you a satisfied user.

If the app was easier to use, i would give 5 stars!

I have been using this app for 3 years and have never had a problem until last week. I sent an email and the problem was solved within 4 days. Customer service was great! I love how easy it is to collect the money you earn back. I love this app❤️
