I have over $55 on upside. I asked for a gift card. Never received. All of a sudden my account is suspended!!! Very disappointed!! I’d be skeptical to do this in future! If I finally get my reward Will definitely delete app and not use again! 😡

Need more restaurant & grocery options on the app for my area. They show Taco Bell on the ads but does not list for my area. Gas station options are great.

I am happy with my experience overall. The app is easy to use and the cash back it provides on gas, groceries, and restaurant purchases is nice. I would be buying gas, groceries and eating out anyway, why not receive a few bucks! My interactions with customer service has been positive. Support is helpful, responsive, and effective in resolving issues. There are transactions that do not process, requiring me to upload receipts or contact customer service, which can be annoying, but it is not Upside, it is the retailer. With that being said, the cash back is usually in my account within a couple of days. I will not complain about getting money back for something I am already going to purchase.

I'm currently at $1,603.92 in lifetime cash back earning. I have at times had some issues with receipts, or transaction vendor verification and upside service personnel have worked with me to always make me whole. Not a single failure. I am well pleased with this money saving app.

My favorite app
I’ve been using Upside for several years. I mostly use it for gas purchases since I drive for a living. Originally I had to scan my gas receipts which wasn’t difficult but now Upside has made improvements to that process. I basically just select the gas station I’m heading to and select the credit card I’m using which is saved in the app. It couldn’t be easier and I’ve literally made thousands of dollars using this app. I always recommend it to my friends and even get extra bonuses when I get people to try it out. I plan on using it more for restaurants in the future because they offer very high cash back deals. Hopefully they will continue adding more restaurants and retailers. Give it a try…unless you’re too rich to want free money. I give it 5 STARS

The concept is great. But if everything is not perfect in the back office you’ll be disappointed to find you won’t get the rebate. Circle K is horrible and only gets the rebate every other time. This morning I have a grocery store rejected saying the only credit card I carry and have registered is not registered. And if you have to send the receipt from a restaurant good luck. Not many print your credit card info on a receipt anymore so toss that opportunity. Like I said, great idea but it has some issues.

The Circle K syncing issues, phantom card errors, and restaurant receipt dead-ends are incredibly frustrating.
